Gli Artisti del Music Maker conoscono bene quelli di Sampletown, sempre disponibili a collaborare. La particolarità però in questo album è che i campioni di tromba sono registrati con microfoni esterni e sono stati trattati per ricavare altri campioni. Insomma, un notevole lavoro di rielaborazione e adattamento al sound di Glavina e Collettivo Instabile. La Fakeman’s trumpet non è presente in tutti i brani. Ad esempio in «Key number 6» e in «Preakos» c’è solo piano di Glavina. Ben riuscito è l’accostamento tromba-tastiere elettroniche e contrabbasso in Night Fly. Complessivamente belle atmosfere jazz ed… oltre in questo album prodotto dalla O’Strigheta. Ma non quelli cattivi e armati sino ai denti e neppure i «finti buoni» che ad un certo punto si rivelano essere malintenzionati, come si vede in tanti film. Arrivano gli extraterrestri e semplicemente si mettono a raccontare quello che di buono hanno e fanno. Extraterrestri anche eruditi riguardo ciò che accade sulla Terra. Così, ascoltando ciò che raccontano queste creature che sul loro pianeta vivono «in pace, scienza, coscienza e arte» si scopre che sulla Terra, volendo, ci sarebbero molte opportunità per poter vivere come loro (eccetto nascere dai cavoli, anche se ai bambini lo si racconta). L’Opera Spaziale, i cui testi sono stati scritti da Sandro Glavina e l’autore della musiche è Lunarman, è in scena alla Muktagons House, rappresentata in lingua italiana dal Teatro OltrAltroSpazio, per la regia di Sandro Glavina. Caresses represent our physical contacts. We caress each other pleasantly on the back. Anyone who wishes can receive caresses. Everyone can pet everyone. Caresses are a free exchange of emotional resources. Caresses are closeness, communication, comfort, empathy. You Earthlings should know this too. Even the earthling Claude Steiner said these things. Students are helped to give birth to their truths. You Earthlings also know these methods but use them little. There are no pathogenic microorganisms on our planet. N. 11_2023 – PAG 7 di 16 «La musica dell'opera realizzata dallo stimato compositore Lunarman percorre anni ed anni di sperimentazione musicale. Ancora prima di ascoltare l’opera non nutrivo dubbi a tal proposito. L’opera inizia con musica elettronica molto ricercata e con ritmi tribali, quindi la successione dei brani è legata da un filo conduttore che associa la musica alla fantascienza creando un ambiente sonoro ampiamente adatto al contesto. Gli effetti sono molto curati e mai esagerati e le fusioni musicali miscelano la musica elettronica a quella contemporanea. La musica è in armonia con la narrazione dei testi». Oltre alla musica c’è la parte testuale… «Sì, ottimo lavoro dell’autore Glavina e ottima performance del Teatro OltrAltroSpazio. I narratori impersonano gli ambasciatori di un popolo distante anni luce da noi, in cui l'equilibrio sociale e naturale è priorità su tutto. Una società forse sognata da molti di noi sulla Terra ma che non è assolutamente un’utopia. Fanno molto riflettere i messaggi trasmessi dai Berbax». Tornando alla musica ? «La ricerca sonora si sviluppa nella sua interezza, ogni traccia è una perla di saggezza a livello musicale. Mediante l’ascolto ho avuto la sensazione di percorrere un viaggio nel tempo: dalla preistoria della musica elettronica sino ai giorni nostri…» In conclusione ? «Opera raffinata con una valida interazione tra musica e testi, mai banale e senza dubbio, se ascoltata attentamente, lascia il segno». La tecnica di realizzazione di queste opere è sempre la stessa: collage digitali senza disporre di sofisticati programmi di progettazione grafica perché la «tela» è costituita da una obsoleta versione di PowerPoint. Zaya Violante Ecceri si definisce amante del divertimento e un po' irresponsabile nel trantran di tutti i giorni, ma quando è ispirata entra in «trance», si isola totalmente in una dimensione tutta sua, si mette all’ascolto di musica cosmica e dà vita alle sue opere. La ventiquattrenne pittrice napoletana (che vive a Roma) è figlia di un tassista e di una giornalista danese che il padre Gennaro ha conosciuto sul proprio taxi. «Dal papà ho ereditato l’estro, la creatività, l’essere solare, dalla mamma la metodicità, la precisione, la determinazione». La Ecceri ha trovato il «suo spazio» con la «pittura cosmica». «Lavoro con i colori acrilici, dipingo prevalentemente su carta e non su tela e per fare le stelline utilizzo uno spruzzino». E brava Zaya Violante nel dipingere e sa fare molto bene altre due cose: tingersi i capelli e naturalmente…fare il caffè. EJ PROT.
