Il vibratore VIT viene prodotto in serie dalla C.I.E. Dentalfarm nel rispetto delle norme tecniche e di
sicurezza vigenti, in base a quanto previsto dalla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle Macchine 89/392CEE
e seguenti.
Un campione normale, prelevato dal magazzino, è stato sottoposto in data 30 gennaio 1996 alle
prove di compatibilità elettromagnetica (immunità irradiata, immunità condotta ed emissione
condotta) presso il CENTRO RICERCHE FIAT s.c.p.a. di Strada Torino 50 - 10043 ORBASSANO
(TO).
The vibrator mod. VIT is mass-manufactured by C.I.E. DENTALFARM in compliance with technical
and safety rules in force, as provided for by the EEC 89/392 Community Directive on Machinery.

A standard randon sample selected from our stock, has been undergoing on January 30 , 1996
tests of electromagnetic compatibility (radiated immunity, conducted immunity and conducted
emission) by the CENTRO RICERCHE FIAT S.c.p.a. (FIAT Research Centre), Strada Torino 50
- 10043 ORBASSANO (TO).

Questa apparecchiatura per le Norme Internazionali è una AEE (apparecchiatura
elettrica o elettronica che dipende per un corretto funzionamento da correnti
elettriche o da campi elettromagnetici) quindi, a fine vita, il rifiuto non deve essere
smaltito come rifiuto urbano ma dovrà essere effettuata la raccolta differenziata a
norma della Direttiva 2002/96/CE
According to International regulations, this unit has been classified as AEE (electric and electronic
device, whose correct operation depends on electric currents and electromagnetic fields) and as a
consequence, at the end of its lifetime, it can not be treated as normal waste material but it must
be disposed separately, complying with the Directive 2002/96/CE.

DESCRIZIONE - DESCRIPTION
Apparecchiatura realizzata per lo Studio Dentistico, per la colatura delle impronte e la conseguente
preparazione dei modelli in gesso.
Il movimento oscillatorio deriva dall'attrazione esercitata da un elettromagnete sul piatto
metallico contrastata dalla reazione di quattro ammortizzatori meccanici.
Sono utilizzabili 2 velocità, una con oscillazione più ampia e meno frequente e l'altra più bassa ma
più veloce.
The size of this vibrator has been designed especially for use in the Dental Practice to cast the
impression and to prepare the plaster molds.
The oscillating movement is originated by the attraction produced by an electromagnet on the
metallic plate and as the consequent reaction of the mechanical shock absorbers.
Two different speed are available: the first providing a wider but less frequent oscillation, the
second offering a lower but quicker oscillation.

INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE
Interporre il panno isolante tra il piano di appoggio e il vibratore per evitare la dispersione di
potenza. Collegare la spina ad una presa 220 V - 50 Hz con messa a terra e scegliere la velocità
più consona al lavoro da effettuare. Si consiglia di tenere sempre il manufatto o quantomeno di
appoggiarlo ben centrato sul piatto in gomma.
Put an insulation felt-cloth between the working bench and the vibrator in order to avoid any
leakage in power. Connect the electrical plug to an earth 220 V - 50 Hz socket and choose the
speed more suitable to the procedure to be carried out. We recommend to keep the model always
well centered on the vibrator rubber cover.
L’uso continuativo è consentito fino ad un massimo di
4 ore poi attendere almeno un’ora per il raffreddamento.
The continuous use is allowed up to a maximum of 4
hours; after this period, it is advisable to let the vibrator
rest and cool for at least one hour.
E’ consigliabile periodicamente sollevare il coperchio in gomma e rimuovere i residui di gesso che
possono stratificarsi con l’uso.
It is recommended to lift periodically the rubber cover and remove the plaster residuals which may
stratify during the use.
Togliere il collegamento elettrico prima di qualsiasi
intervento all’interno della macchina.
Disconnect always the vibrator electrically before any
maintenance operation inside the machine.
