INDUSTRIAL OVENS
Forni industriali, progettati e costruiti partendo dalle esigenze del cliente.
Pannelli metallici privi di ponti termici, parte interna in lamiera zincata o acciaio inossidabile, parte esterna in lamiera zincata e verniciata a
polvere; isolamento termico con lana minerale ad alta capacità isolante. Resistenze Elettriche corazzate ed alettate in acciaio inox AISI 304.
Porta forno del tipo battente ad anta singola, doppia o a ghigliottina; guarnizioni di tenuta per alte temperature, maniglia di chiusura.
Pavimentazione forno termicamente isolata ed inserimento vie di corsa per passaggio carrello di carico. Aspirazione fumi costituita da
elettroaspiratore, due camini ( ingresso aria pulita, uscita fumi) completi di serranda di regolazione. Termoregolatore con possibilità di impostare
spezzate e più cicli di lavoro e Termoregolatore di sicurezza per blocco impianto totale o parziale. Quadro elettrico di potenza e controllo,
racchiuso in armadio metallico verniciato, interruttore generale di sicurezza, trasformatore in bassa tensione per circuiti ausiliari, lampade di
segnalazione, cavi di cablaggio quadro non propaganti l’incendio.
Complete line of industrial ovens designed and manufactured on customer specifications.
Metallic panels without thermal links, insulated by using stone wool for an optimum thermal efficiency, inside walls made in galvanized sheet-iron, outside part made
in galvanized sheet-iron and then painted using powder paint. Finned electric resistances made with stainless steel AISI 304. Single or double leaf door, vertical
sash door, completed with perimetric seal for high temperature and door handle. Oven floor thermally insulated and integrated with a couple of rails to insert the
trolley. Exhausted fumes unit completed of chimneys with an adjustable butterfly shutter each.Two independent temperature controllers: one is for the plant safety
and the other one it is used for the process controller (time (t), Temperature T(°C). Control and power board contained in a steel painted box, safety master switch,
transformer in low tension for auxiliary circuits, lights for working, alarm and block. Cables are not fire-propagate.

Questi forni possono lavorare in condizioni di vuoto, in atmosfera inerte ( es. Azoto) e con temperature fino a 900 °C.
Sistema di raffreddamento con ricircolo di gas inerte.
Apertura coperchio con pistone idraulico.
Elementi riscaldanti alloggiati su supporti ceramici scanalati.
Sistema di isolamento con materiali diversi a più strati. Cesti di carico in leghe speciali inossidabili per alte temperature.

These ovens can work in a vacuum, inert atmosphere (eg nitrogen) and with temperatures up to 900° C.
Cooling system with recirculation inert gas.
Open lid with hydraulic piston.
Heating elements placed on grooved ceramic supports.
Insulation system with different materials in several layers. Baskets of cargo in special alloy steels for high temperatures.
