Però se ci si posiziona sull‟ultimo brano caricato (La vittoria della speranza della unità 2) e si lascia scorrere il player, allora tutti i brani si susseguono per l‟ascolto. Apollonia nasce come «musica a programma» che è un tipo di composizione musicale che consiste nel descrivere o nel narrare una storia con mezzi puramente musicali. In un pianeta quasi interamente inquinato c‟è un‟oasi felice che è Apollonia. I «cattivi» vanno alla ricerca del luogo verde e quando lo trovano…bruciano tutto (altrimenti non sarebbero stati cattivi). Qualche semenza si salva ed un vecchio saggio rimprovera i cattivi che si convertono alla bontà e con le semenze tratte in salvo si «ricostruisce» Apollonia. per evitare futuri colpi di testa da parte di qualcun altro viene eletto un super guardiano denominato Re Giaguaro. Bene, sicuramente la storia potrebbe essere degna della Walt Disney. Ma cari amici, concentratevi sull‟ascolto della musica, perché al di là del programma, tutto è fatto con tanta attenzione. Suoni affascinanti, ambient che fanno viaggiare con la fantasia. Double album by Franco Galateo, but the songs are all released as singles on Soundcloud. N. 08_2022 – PAG 2 di 15 Sicuramente l‟indizio più interessante, nell‟esplorare l‟album di Pino, è che tutto il progetto è dedicato al cinquantesimo anniversario di matrimonio con sua moglie Virginia ed ai figli Rino e Alessandro. Certo, perché laddove si vuole che tutto sia «Meravigliosamente…amore» è il potente motore dell‟amore, in questo caso per i propri famigliari che sostiene le intenzioni e produce le motivazioni. Il crooner Pino, come sempre fedele ai suoi modelli interpretativi ed agli abituali stili, propone 14 brani, tra cui ci sono alcune «cover» di storici successi e quindi per il resto si tratta di canzoni inedite. L‟atmosfera di questo album è molto coinvolgente anche grazie al fatto che in tre brani Pino duetta deliziosamente con la talentuosa Joely Art. Le eccellenti architetture musicali (in cui il jazz si sente…eccome) sono frutto degli arrangiamenti di Roberto Pirola (anche alla tastiere in questo album) e Stefano Re (anche batterista e ingegnere del suono). La formazione si completa con Luca Volontè al sax, Flavio Piantoni al basso, GianMarco Trevisan alle chitarre e poi le voci corali che sono di Alessandra Re e Federica Re. Nella metà dei lavori la musica reca la firma di G. Maiolo aka Pino D‟Isola. Immancabile la collaborazione del mitico Claudio Daiano e Riccardo «Rhok» Moraca per la scrittura di alcuni testi. A completare questo sontuoso progetto è la scrittura di alcuni brani da parte di Antonio Ruggero Mancino in arte Valentino Mancino (titolare delle Edizioni Manatt che hanno prodotto l‟album). Il lavoro di rimasterizzazione è stato fatto con molta cura e naturalmente si apprezzano gli effetti. Molti belli sono i brani «Vesuvio» (una melodia dedicata a Napoli ed il suo vulcano), «Black Savannah» (misterioso, e con belle interazioni tra percussioni e gli altri strumenti), «The tinkle of rain and the ashes in the wind» (dal sapore rock progressivo), ma l‟ascolto complessivo permette di apprezzare appieno l‟album. Christine aka Die_Creative con il suo attuale profilo è da poco più di un anno nella Magix.Info Community ed ha già pubblicato oltre 160 brani musicali. La brava Christine, tastierista ed anche dotata di capacità vocali (ha cantato come soprano in un coro) è abile compositrice che sa spaziare nei molti generi musicali. Nei suoi lavori si possono sempre apprezzare una attenta ricerca degli arrangiamenti, di fusioni sonore, di accostamenti strumentali che ottimizzano i suoi progetti. Christine è pure presente su YouTube (Christine Lo) e su Soundcloud come «Christine». I brani che troviamo sono quelli che troviamo anche nella Community, ma con il vantaggio che avviato il player, parte la sequenza dei suoi lavori senza pause. Allora sembra di essere dentro ad un meraviglioso concerto, dove si susseguono brani rock, elettronici, hip hop. Tutto è emozionante, e la creatività di Christine appare ancor più evidente. Appassionato di hobbistica elettronica (ha realizzato in autonomia molti dispositivi, tra cui un amplificatore valvolare) Ruope rientra nella schiera degli Artisti del Music Maker. Per i suoi arrangiamenti musicali utilizza Music Maker Premium 2021/22, ACID Music Studio 11, ACID Pro 9 e ACID Pro Next. Sin dalla sua prima pubblicazione del 2017 (Summer Rain) con raffinata creatività Peter propone i suoi progetti, che risultano sempre ben curati. Le sue realizzazioni musicali (belle melodie e buoni arrangiamenti) vertono al jazz e al chill out che sono generi poco praticati nella Community della Magix. Ruope ci fa ricordare i bei tempi (10-15 anni fa) quando la schiera dei musicisti jazz era tale che Eventi Jazz riusciva a realizzare due compilation all‟anno. N. 08_2022 – PAG 7 di 15 CONSULTA SU INTERNET I DETTAGLI DEL TOUR Nonostante vengano diffuse le note del preludio di «Also sprach Zarathustra», non siamo nello spazio e non c‟è il superuomo. Siamo sulla Terra, a Roma e sul palcoscenico appaiono due persone normali (oltre ai musicisti e alle coriste) che però da 10 lustri danno…lustro alla canzone d‟autore. Siamo quasi in 45mila a godere di una magica serata, ad ascoltare gli illustri Venditti e De Gregori, a «cantare» con loro e chi non sa le parole o non se le ricorda non si scoraggia e fa «na, na, na…». Questo accade, qui, lontano dal palco, sugli spalti e poi non si deve più rischiare di bruciarsi le dita, con le fiammelle degli accendini come un tempo, ora si fa luce con i telefonini… In questa atmosfera da stadio (beh.. eravamo all‟Olimpico) i nostri due amati cantautori partono con «Bomba o non bomba». Francesco con il basco in testa e occhiali rotondi scuri, Antonello con i suoi abituali occhiali a goccia. «Partirono in due ed erano abbastanza» cantano i «ragazzi» (perché sembra non passare l‟età per loro, hanno sempre una fantastica grande energia, dal tempo in cui nacque la loro canzone). In uno stadio non può mancare… «La leva calcistica del ‟68». Poi arriva «Modena» (dall‟album di Venditti «Buona Domenica» del ‟78) e qui posso gioire ascoltando gli splendidi fraseggi del sax di Amedeo Bianchi. C‟è poco da fare a me piace il suono del sax, mi manda in orbita, e per tutto il concerto c‟è stato questo meraviglioso valore aggiunto. Non sono stati da meno gli altri musicisti con le loro ottime esibizioni, le voci emozionanti dei loro strumenti. Si susseguono «Buffalo Bill», «La storia» (la storia siamo noi perché è la gente che fa la storia), «Peppino» (un padre e un figlio con un solo abbraccio squarciano il tempo, vanno oltre lo spazio). Si arriva a «Generale» con il bel intro della band e poi spicca ancora il sax. In «Sotto il segno dei pesci» va forte nel finale la chitarra elettrica. Venditti mette in campo «Che fantastica storia è la vita», poi De Gregori ben arpeggia con la sua chitarra in «Dolce signora che bruci» (dal lontano Theorius Campus del 1972). Ecco che arriva una delle mie preferite da sempre…«Alice». Nel „73 imperversava alla radio anche se non ebbe successo a «Un disco per l‟estate». Il duo si esibisce nel rock «Sangue su sangue» (Siamo chiusi in una scatola baby, nessuno ci aprirà) che racconta dei drammi della fine dell‟altro secolo. A «Santa Lucia» segue il commovente tributo a Lucio Dalla: «Canzone». Poi Venditti dà voce a «Ci vorrebbe un amico», «Sara», «Notte prima degli esami». A questo punto arrivano i…Pink Floyd ! Intro pinkfloydiano per «Pablo», poi si prosegue con «La donna cannone», indi c‟è «Unica» che precede la ben accolta «Rimmel» con De Gregori in campo e Venditti che temporaneamente si riposa. Poi si va con lo swing, per convergere al ritmo sudamericano di «Titanic». Avvicendamento con Venditti che torna in scena e propone «Giulio Cesare», «Alta Marea» (fantastico il sax), «In questo mondo di ladri» (sax sempre in grande stile). Formazione completa per «Sempre e per sempre» e poi è la volta di «Roma capoccia» dove tutti si canta. Bene! Vengono presentati i musicisti. I nomi non li capisco bene, ma mi sono successivamente documentato: Alessandro Canini (batteria), Danilo Cherni (tastiere), Carlo Gaudiello (piano), Primiano Di Biase (hammond), Fabio Pignatelli (basso), Amedeo Bianchi (sax), Paolo Giovenchi (chitarre), Alessandro Valle (pedal steel guitar e mandolino), Fabiana Sirigu (violino), Laura Ugolini e Laura Marafioti (cori). Danilo Cherni, a vederlo nel suo look, sembra un tastierista di rock progressivo. Saluti e ringraziamenti, ma… si va avanti: «Il vestito del violinista», «Ricordati di me» (bello il dialogo tra il sax di Bianchi e l‟armonica a bocca di De Gregori che spicca anche nella successiva canzone «Viva l‟Italia»). Infine… tutti a casa a fare la nanna sulle note del valzer musette «Buonanotte Fiorellino», non prima però dell‟immancabile gran finale con «Grazie Roma». Report by Mario EJ PROT. Nel corso dell‟esibizione i ragazzi hanno alternato pezzi da tipico assetto bandistico (dove prevalevano gli ottoni) con performance esclusivamente percussive da parte della sezione ritmica. Qui a fianco ci sono invece le foto scattate a Lignano. On July 13, in the San Giovanni Bosco park in Lignano Sabbiadoro, the Danish band of the Sønderborg Garden performed. Sono compositori e bandleader che condividono anche la passione per la musica di Thelonious Monk , avendo suonato il suo repertorio in duo per molti anni. L’arrivo di Joey Baron, il leggendario batterista che si è fatto un nome attraverso le sue collaborazioni con John Zorn (Massada, Nak ed City), Bill Frisell e Marc Copland completa il progetto. Dopo l’album di debutto del 2018, i MiX MONK si ripresentano con il nuovo lavoro “On the loose” seguito da un lungo tour europeo. ll Trio ha da poco rilasciato un album inedito: Irmão De Fé nove brani dalle sonorità e dai ritmi brasiliani, in cui Patitucci, Silberstein e Boccato si fondono in un equilibrio musicale tra interpretazione e improvvisazione. L’album contiene canzoni come “Des vairada”, dove il contrabbasso di Patitucci e la chitarra di Silberstein si destreggia magistralmente in un vivace 6/8, mentre “Nilopolitano” ruota abilmente tra i 16 boppish della melodia e le jam funk y del trio. Una delle performance tecnicamente più impressionanti dell'album è il brano «Olha Maria». La serata è dedicata ad uno dei grandi punti di riferimento in ambito jazzistico: Wes Montgomery.
