Cancellazione
In caso di cancellazione di un trattamento si prega di avvisare la direzione del centro benessere 24 ore prima
dell’appuntamento. La mancata disdetta dell’appuntamento comporterà l’addebito dell’intero costo del
trattamento.
Rispetto dell’orario fissato
Suggeriamo di arrivare nella Spa 10 minuti prima dell’appuntamento fissato
per rilassarvi e iniziare il trattamento
nell’orario prestabilito. In caso di ritardo il trattamento terminerà nell’orario
previsto per non penalizzare l’ospite
successivo. In ogni caso sarà addebitato il costo completo del trattamento.

In order to guarantee a quite atmosphere for our guests we politely ask
you to speak quietly at all times and
switch off your mobile phones during
your time at the Spa.

Before booking mud or massage
treatments we ask you first to consult
your GP should there be any associated health risks or pregnancy.
Spa reservation and
appointments
We advise you to book your treatments at the same time as booking
your room in order to choose the best
time according to your treatment
needs. All treatments are subject to
availability.
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel, we ask
you to inform the Spa Managment 24
hours prior to the appointment time.
The total cost of the treatment will be
charged, should an appointment not
be cancelled in time.
Time
We suggest you to arrive at the Spa
10 minutes before the scheduled
treatment time in order to relax and
begin the treatment on time. In case
of lateness, the treatment will still
terminate at the scheduled time so as
not to penalise the following guest.
The total cost of the treatment will

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Behandlungen
im Voraus mit der Buchung der Zimmer zusammen zu reservieren, damit Sie je nach
Ihren Bedürfnissen die beste Zeit auswählen können. Alle Behandlungen können je
nach Verfügbarkeit durchgeführt werden.
Stornierung
Im Falle der Stornierung einer Behandlung bitten wir Sie, die Direktion des Wellness-Centers 24 Stunden vor Ihrem Termin
zu benachrichtigen. Eine fehlende Absage
des Termins hat die vollständige Verrechnung der Behandlungskosten zur Folge.
Einhalten der festgelegten
Uhrzeit
Wir raten Ihnen, 10 vor dem vereinbarten
Termin in der SPA einzutreffen, damit Sie
sich entspannen können und die Behandlung zur festgelegten Uhrzeit beginnen
kann. Bei Verspätung hört die Behandlung zum festgelegten Zeitpunkt auf, damit der nächste Gast nicht benachteiligt
wird. Die Behandlungskosten werden auf
jeden Fall vollständig berechnet.

Vi suggeriamo di recarvi in Spa indossando il costume e l’accappatoio che
troverete nella vostra camera.
Durante il trattamento vi verrà fornito
il monouso.
