Space Under Control
Parker è un sistema di gestione per parcheggi a
pagamento e controllo delle aree di sosta off street,
progettato dalla ditta Ditech per essere installato,
programmato ed utilizzato in modo rapido e semplice.
L’hardware ed il software studiati ed adottati
consentono a gestori ed utenti un utilizzo facile e
intuitivo. Ditech utilizza componenti delle più importanti
aziende del settore OEM che assicurano affidabilità
assoluta e compatibilità tra le varie periferiche adottate.
La carpenteria è realizzata in acciaio inox, saldata
ed assemblata in modo da garantirne l’inviolabilità,
verniciata a polvere per la protezione dagli agenti
esterni. Il sistema si basa su una infrastruttura di rete
intranet tramite la quale vari moduli comunicano fra
loro.
Parker is a system of management and control of off
street standstill areas, planned by the firm Ditech srl
to be installed, programmed and used in a rapid and
simple way. The hardware and the software studied
and adopted allow managers and consumers an
easy and user-friendly employment. Ditech uses
original electronic components sourced from the
most important OEM manufactures to ensure
complete reliability and compatibility among the
various peripheral adopted. The cabinets are realized
in inox steel, assembled in order to prevent attempts
at forced entry. It is protected from atmospheric
agents by a special powder paint. The system is
based on an intranet infrastructure through which
various modules communicate among each other.

General System Description
Server Centrale
Central Server
Il server centrale è il cuore del sistema a barriere,
controlla e gestisce ogni periferica in campo. La struttura
hardware permette la copia dei dati e l’usabilità degli
stessi in caso di problemi al sistema principale. Non
sono previsti fermi nel funzionamento. Il calcolo delle
tariffe è completamente personalizzabile, il database
permette la creazione e l’export di report statistici.
L’Hardware può essere completamente personalizzato
secondo le necessità del cliente.
The central server is the heart of the system, it checks
and manages every peripheral in field. The hardware
structure allows the backup of the data and their use
in case of breakdown of the head system. Blackouts
are not expected. Rates calculation is completely
customized, the database allows the creation and
the export of statistics reports. The hardware can be
completely personalized according to the necessities
of the customers.

Il controllo degli spazi e la visualizzazione degli stessi
in tempo reale aiuta l’utente alla ricerca dello stallo
libero. Il sistema è controllato con sistema bus/lan
direttamente dal server.
Spaces control and real time spaces visualization
helps the user to search the free parking lot. The
system is checked with system bus / lan directly
from the server.

Le tabelle Libero/occupato, i segnalatori di posti
numerici o i semplici controlli smaforici possono essere
gestiti tranquillamente dal server centrale tramite
collegamento bus/lan.
Free/Complete tables, the indicators of number
places or simple light signals controls can be easily
managed by the central server with a bus/lan
connection.
Letture Targhe
Numberplate Reader
Molti sistemi di riconoscimento targhe sono adatti per
il controllo del traffico in genere, non per la gestione
e controllo di un’area di parcheggio a barriere. Parker
LPR è studiato per il controllo di accessi e sicurezza nel
parcheggio. Parker LPR è integrabile con le attrezzature
di parcheggio come il dispenser di ticket, le barriere
automatiche e il computer di gestione centralizzata.
Nel caso di smarrimento di biglietti si rivela molto
utile. Parker LPR può essere utilizzato anche senza
emettitori e lettori di ticket.
Many numberplates recognition systems are suitable
for traffic control and not for the management and
control of a parking area with barriers. Parker LPR
is studied for the control of accesses and safety in
the parking lot. Parker LPR can be integrated with
parking equipments such as the ticket dispenser,
the automatic barriers and the PC for centralized
management. It can be very useful in case of loss
of ticket. Parker LPR can also be used without ticket
emitters and readers.
Varco di Ingresso
Space Under Control
Il varco di ingresso è costituito da una colonnina
emettitrice di ticket in formato ISO, una sbarra
sensorizzata completa di accessori. E’ prevista
la possibilità di inserire una doppia sbarra con la
funzione antiaccodamento. Esiste la possibilità di
interfacciamento con parcometri Ticker S, Ticker S
Touch e Tic & Touch.
The entry passage consist of an entrance column
that gives out ticket in an ISO format, a sensorized
bar complete of accessories. The possibility to insert
a double bar with the function of “no - queuing”
is expected. The interfacing with Ticker S, Ticker S
Touch e Tic & Touch. is possible.
La colonnina di ingresso ha le seguenti periferiche:

Exit Passage

Exit passage consist of a control exit column,
a sensorized bar complete of accessories. The
possibility to insert a double bar with the function of

controllo, una sbarra sensorizzata completa di

Trasponder a lunga portata
Long course Transponder
Il sistema di controllo automatico accessi è studiato
per la gestione di aree di parcheggio come ospedali,
università e pubblici uffici grazie alla capacità del
sistema di controllare i veicoli senza la necessità
della fermata degli stessi. Quando un veicolo, con il
trasponder posizionato sul cruscotto, si avvicina al
sistema di controllo i dati vengono inviati al computer
di controllo che gestisce le barriere mobili.
The automatic accesses control system is studied
for the parking areas management as hospitals,
university and public offices thanks to the ability
of the system to check the vehicles without the
necessity of their STOP. When a vehicle, with the
transponder positioned on the dashboard, draws
near to the system of data control, the data are sent
to the computer control that manages the mobile
barriers.

La cassa manuale deve consentire la gestione di tutte
le operazioni contabili e amministrative del parcheggio
a barriere:

motivazione e dei dati necessari
