L' impianto e' stato progettato e realizzato in
ottemperanza alle Dir. CEE 73/23. Esso
risulta quindi sicuro. Inoltre l’impianto è
conforme alla direttiva CEE 89/336 sulla
compatibilità elettromagnetica.
Tuttavia indichiamo i seguenti obblighi per l'
utilizzatore:
- Non lasciare l' impianto incustodito
soprattutto in presenza di bambini.
- L' impianto non e' stato progettato per essere
utilizzato all' esterno.
- Accertarsi che il collegamento elettrico sia
dotato di messa a terra oltre che rispondente
alle altre disposizioni e normative relative agli
impianti elettrici di alimentazione.
- Qualsiasi operazione di installazione,
manutenzione e riparazione deve venire
eseguita da un tecnico specializzato e in
assenza di TENSIONE ELETTRICA.
Prima

utilizzare
l’apparecchio
controllarne l’integrità e leggere il presente
manuale.
- Non eseguire nessun lavoro di pulizia
sull’apparecchio con la tensione inserita ed
attendere che le superfici siano raffreddate.

alimentazione di rete fuori targa.

fianco interno del mobile (vedi disegno).

Per qualsiasi richiesta di intervento Vi

The system has been designed and
manufactured in compliance with EU
directives 73/23. It is thus safe to use.
The unit also complies with EU directive
89/336 on electromagnetic compatibility.
However, please note the user has to heed the
following regulations:
- Do not leave the system unattended
especially if children are present.
- The system has not been designed for
outdoor use and must be in any case earthed
(grounded).
- Check that the electrical connection includes an
earth wire connection and other electrical
requisites according to regulations.
- Any installation, maintenance or repair jobs
must be carried out with the power off by an
expert technician.
- Before using the appliance, check that it is
undamaged and read this manual.
- Do not do any cleaning on the appliance
while it is live; wait until its surfaces have
cooled down.
- Do not use the appliance at a mains voltage
higher than that on the data plate.
The serial plate is located on the inner side of
the unit (see drawing):

ALLGEMEINE BEMERKUNGEN
L'installation a été projetée et réalisée
conformément aux Directives CEE 73/23 et
donne donc toutes les garanties de sécurité.
L'appareil est Conforme en outre à la
Directive Cee 89/336 sur la compatibilité
électromagnétique.
Toutefois, nous énumérons ci-après les
obligations suivantes pour l'utilisateur:
- Ne pas laisser l'installation sans
surveillance, surtout en présence d'enfants.
- L'installation n'a pas été projetée pour être
utilisée à l'extérieur et doit être dans tous les
cas mise à la masse.
- Vérifier que la connexion électrique soit
non seulement munie de mise à terre mais
qu’elle correspond aussi aux autres
dispositions et réglementations relatives
aux installations électriques de
l’alimentation.
- Toutes les opérations d'installation,
d'entretien et de réparation doivent être
effectuées par un électricien professionel
après avoir suspendu l'alimentation
électrique.
- Avant l’ utilisation de l’ appareil, il faut
côntroler l’integrité et lire ce manuel d’
instructions.
- Ne pas effectuer aucune opération de
nettoyage de l’ appareil si la tension
indiquée sur la plaque signaletique ne
correspond pas au secteur local.

73/23/EWG konzipiert und gebaut und
garantiert daher einen sicheren Betrieb.
Das Gerät entspricht außerdem den
Bestimmungen der Richtlinie 89/336/EWG
über
die
elektromagnetische
Verträglichkeit.
Trotzdem hat der Verwender einige
wichtige Regeln zu befolgen:
- Die Anlage nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen,
vor allem wenn Kinder in der Nähe sind.
- Die Anlage wurde nicht für die
Benutzung im Freien konzipiert und muß
auf jeden Fall an eine Erdung
angeschlossen werden.
- Die Anlage wurde nicht für die
Benutzung im Außen konzipiert
Überprüfen, ob die elektrische Spannung
nicht nur mir Erdung versehen ist
sondern auch ob die weiteren
Bestimmungen und Normen bezüglich
der elektrischen Anlagen befolgen sind.
- Vor jedem Installations-, Wartungs- und
Reparatureingriff muß die Stromzufuhr
unterbrochen werden. Jede Servis muß
durch
technisches
Fachpersonal
ausgeführt werden.
- Vor der Verwendung die Unversehrtheit
des Geräts prüfen und dieses Handbuch
lesen.
- Keine Reinigung asführen falls die
Netzspannung vorhanden ist. Die
Flächen des Gerätes müssen zuerst
abgekühlt werden.
- Das Gerät nich verwenden falls die
Netzspannung auf dem Typenschild mit
der örtlicher Netzspannung nicht
übereinstimmt.

Pour toute demande d'intervention, nous vous

strutturato:

Struttura del mobile e della base in legno
massiccio verniciato (in lamiera di acciaio
per i modelli Music Drop in).

Vasca interna in inox isolata con
materiale isolante.

Calotta superiore in vetro.

Il riscaldamento è effettuato da resistenze
applicate sul fondo della vasca,
comandate da un termostato.

Sistema di scarico dell’acqua.

Ruote alla base del mobile.

Interruttori separati per lampade di

L' apparecchio di ristorazione Mod. BAGNO
MARIA e' concepito per l' esposizione in
ambiente
chiuso
e
la
momentanea
conservazione di alimenti caldi destinati all'
immediato consumo o vendita nei pubblici
esercizi quali: Ristoranti, Alberghi, Trattorie,
Pizzerie, Gastronomie.
NESSUN ALTRO USO E' CONSENTITO.
La ENOFRIGO S.r.l. e' sollevata da ogni
responsabilita' nel caso che le unita' da Lei
prodotte non venissero utilizzate per gli usi
previsti.
L' impianto imballato e posto su pallet viene
caricato con l'ausilio di un carrello elevatore e
collocato all'interno dell'automezzo, o vagone
o container, fissato con appositi fermi
meccanici e protetto ai lati da materiale
antiurto.

The BAGNO MARIA buffet is composed
of the following parts:
 A base and free-standing unit made of
solid varnished wood
 An insulated stainless steel inner tank
 A top cover made of glass.
 The heating is provided by elements
attached to the underside of the tank.
 A cook on the bottom of the tank for
draining off the water.
 Wheels on the bottom of the unit
 Separate light swiches for the halogen
lamps.
L’appareil mod. BAIN MARIE est
structuré comme suit:
 Structure du meuble et de la base en
bois massif vernis.
 Cuve intérieure en inox, isolée par un
matérial isolant.
 Calotte supériore en verre.
 Le chauffage est réalisé par une
résistance, il n’est possible q’en
présence d’eau (dans la cuve); le
contrôle du niveau de l’eau coupe
l’alimentation
électrique
de
la
résistance.
 Robinet sur le fond de la cuve pour
l’écoulement de l’eau.
 Roulettes A la base du meuble
 Interrupteurs separés pour les lampes
halogènes.
Das Gerätemodell BAIN MARIE besteht
aus folgenden Teilen:
 Gerätemöbel und -unterteil aus

 Bain-Marie-Becken aus Edelstahl mit
Wärmedämmstof isoliert.
 Glasaufsatz, gebogenm mit seitlichen
Holzprofilen.
 Elektro-Heizelement – unter dem
Beckenboden montiert – sorgt für die
Beheinzung; der Heizbetrieb schaltet
nue ein, wenn das Bain-Marie-Becken
ausreichend mit Wasser gefüllt ist. Zur
Wasserstandkontrolle
dient
eine
elektronische Niveausonde, durch die
die Stromzufuhr bei unzureichendem
Wasserstand unterbrochen wird.
 Wasserablaßhahn am Beckenboden,
zum perfekten Entleeren des Beckens.
 Rollenn am Geräteunterbau.
 Getrennter
Schalter für HalogenLampen.

designed for the display (in a heated
container) and temporary storage of
foodstuffs intended for immediate
consumption or sale in restaurants, hotels,
pubs, pizza houses, delicatessens, and the
like.

milieu chauffé) et la conservation
momentanée d’aliments destinés à la

The packaged and palletized system is
loaded with a forklift truck and placed in
a truck, railcar or container, secured with
special mechanical clamps and protected
on the sides by shockproof material.
ENOFRIGO is not liable for any
damage caused by ill-performed jobs.
L'installation emballée et mise sur palette
est chargée à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur
et placée à l'intérieur du camion, wagon ou
container, bloquée avec des dispositifs
mécaniques et protégée sur les côtés par
des matériaux antichoc.
Une fois parvenue à destination, elle doit
être déchargée de la même manière, c'està-dire à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur et
posée par terre en prenant toutes les
précautions nécessaires.

mediante personale specializzato e con
attrezzature apposite studiate per tale
esercizio.

Posizionare l' impianto in adeguato sito
rispettando le norme tecnico-sanitarie e,
per quanto riguarda l’alimentazione
elettrica, rispettando le norme del proprio
Paese. Verificare che la tensione e la
frequenza elettrica disponibile sia la stessa
riportata nella targhetta di identificazione.
Verificare
prima
dell’installazione
l’integrità dell’apparecchio. Dopo aver
pulito e posizionato l’apparecchio
collegare il cavo di alimentazione (non in
dotazione), verificare i dati delle
caratteristiche dell’apparecchio ed usare
una presa idonea. E’ necessario avere a
monte un differenziale idoneo (vedere
targhetta identificatrice). E’ obbligatorio
che tali operazioni siano svolte da un
esperto elettricista. Assicurarsi prima
dell’utilizzo, che le ruote siano bloccate
dagli appositi fermi. I materiali impiegati
per l’imballo devono essere smaltiti
secondo le leggi vigenti del Paese di
utilizzo.
L’ apparecchio è provvisto di termostato
da 0 - 90° C per la regolazione della
temperatura dell’acqua all’interno della
vasca.
Prima dell' uso e del collegamento
elettrico pulire tutte le parti con acqua
tiepida e saponi neutri sanificanti, poi
asciugare accuratamente. Non usare in
nessun caso polveri abrasive o detersivi
che potrebbero danneggiare l' impianto sia
internamente
che
esternamente,
specialmente sulle parti in vetro.
Sulla gamba del mobile è installato il
quadro elettrico con i seguenti comandi:
- interruttore generale che inserisce
tensione al quadro;
- interruttori luminosi per l’accensione
delle lampade di illuminazione;
- lampada spia rossa che indica la
resistenza in funzione e si spegne al
raggiungimento della temperatura;
- termostato regolabile da 0°C a 90°C che
determina la temperatura desiderata
dell’acqua.

by skilled personnel using tools specially
designed for these operations.

Am besten wenden Sie sich direkt an uns

einwandfreie Ausführung jeder Überholung
bzw. Reparatur durch Fachpersonal und
mit Spezialwerkzeug sorgen werden.
Carefully unpack the system removing the
main cardboard.
Take off protective packaging materials from
all components of the system and lastly
remove the wooden pallet underneath.
Position the appliance in a suitable site,
respecting the technical and health standards
and the regulations in force in your pwn
country concerning electric power supply.
Check that the electrical voltage and
frequency available are the same as those
indicated on the serial plate.
Before installation, check that the appliance
is undamaged.
After having cleaned the appliance and put it
into position, insert the cable (not supplied
with the cabinet) in the embedded socket.
Verify technical data of the appliance and
choose a suitable plug.
It is
necessary to have a suitable
differential switch upstream (see data
plate). This operation should be carried out
by a skilled electrician.
The packing materials used must be disposed
of in accordance with the laws in force in the
country of use.
Déballer soigneusement l'installation en
enlevant le carton principal.
Enlever l'emballage de protection sur tous
les composants de l'installation et enlever
la palette en bois.
Positionner l’ appareil dans un endroit
adéquat en observant les règles techniques
et sanitaires et pour ce qui concerne l’
alimentation électrique en respectant les
normes en vigueur dans les pays
Vérifier que la tension et la fréquence
électrique disponible correspondent aux
données figurant sur la plaquette
d'identification.
Avant l’ installation, vérifier l’ intégrité de
l’ appareil.
Aprés avoir nettoyé et mis en place
l’appareil, enfoncer le câble (qui n’est
compris) dans la prise encastrée sur la
base,
contrôler
les
données
des
caractéristiques de l’ appareil et utiliser
une prise adequate. Il est nécéssaire d’
avoir un différentiel approprié (voir la
plaque d’ identification).
Il est conseillable aussi que cette opération
soit effectuée par un électricien
expérimenté.
Les matériaux employés pour l’ emballage
doivent être mis à la décharge selon les
normes en vigueur dans ce Pays.

Geräts Kontrollieren.
Nach der Reinigung und Aufstellung des
Geräts, das Kabel (nicht dabei) auf dem
Abgreifpunkt der Grundlage stecken, die
Kenndaten des Geräts prüfen und einen
passenden Steker anwenden.
Es ist notwendig, ein geeignete
Differential zu haben (siehe die
Identifizierungsschild).
Es wird empfholen, diesen Arbeitsgang
durch
technisches
Fachpersonal
auszuführen.
Die
Verpackungsteile
sind
nach
diesbezüglich geltenden Vorschriften des
Landes zu beseitigen.
The appliance is fitted with a thermostat
operating at a range of 0° to 90° C for
controlling and adjusting the temperature of
the water in the tank.
Before using the appliance and making the
electrical connection, clean all the parts with
lukewarm water and sanitizing neutral soap,
then dry accurately.
In no case should you use abrasive powders
or detergents which could damage both the
inside and the outside of the appliance.
The electric panel with the following
commands is fitted on the leg of the unit:
- mains switch for supplying voltage to the
panel;
- red switches to light the lamps;
- red warning light indicating that the
heating elements are operating, switched off
when the set temperature is reached;
- thermostat adjustable from 0°C to 90°C
which determines the desired water
temperature.
L’appareil est équipé d’un thermostat de
0–
90°C pour le réglage de la température de
l’eau à l’intérieur de la cuve.
Avant l’utilisation et le connexion
électrique, nettoyer toutes les parties avec
de l’eau tiède et des savons neutres
désinfectants , puis essuyer soigneusement.
Ne pas utiliser en aucun cas des poudres
abrasives ou des détergents qui pourraient
endommager l’ appareil soit à l’intérieur
soit à l’extérieur spécialement dans les
parties en verre.
Le tableau commande avec les suivantes
commandes est installé sur les pieds du
meuble:
- l’ interrupteur général qui branche la
tension sur le tableau;
les voyants rouges indiquant le
branchement des lampes;
- le vojant rouge indiquant les resistances
en fonction, il s’ éteint lorsqu’ on atteint la
température;
- le thermostat réglable de 0°C à 90°C qui
détermine la température de l’ eau désirée.
Das Gerät ist mit Temperaturregler für die
Wassertemperatureinstellung im BainMarie-Becken ausgerüstet; Einstellbereich
von 0°C bis 90°C.

Geräteteile mit warmem Wasser und
mildem Reinigungsmittel abwischen und
dann sorgfältig trockenreiben.
Keinesfalls scheuernde Reinigungspulver
oder -mittel verwenden, da diese das Gerät,
sowohl innen als auch außen - besonders
die Glasteile - beschädigen könnten.
Auf dem Möbelfuß steht die Schalttafel mit
den folgenden Steuerungen:
- den Hauptschalter, der die Spannung der
Schalttafel einschaltet;
- die rote Kontrolleuchten, die die
Lampeneinschaltung zeigen;
- die rote Kontrollampe, um die
Widerstände, die in Betrieb sind, zu
zeigen;
sie
ausgeht
bei
Temperaturerreichung;
- den ab 0°C bis 90°C einstellbaren
Thermostat,
der
die
erwünschte
Wassertemperatur bestimmt.

A) Caratteristiche:
L’apparecchio Bagno Maria è dotato di
tecnologia di riscaldamento progettata per
funzionare con presenza di acqua in vasca.
B) Messa in funzione del Bagno Maria:
1) Riempimento della vasca:
Il riempimento della vasca è manuale e deve
avvenire ad apparecchio spento e a freddo. Il
livello dell’acqua deve essere compreso tra
un minimo di 30 mm ed un massimo di 50
mm dal fondo.
2) Accensione:
- Modelli della Linea Europa:
a)controllare il livello dell’acqua in vasca e
rabboccare qualora questo sia inferiore al
minimo (vedi B1),
b)mettere in funzione l’apparecchio agendo
sull’interruttore magnetotermico.
c)Provvedere alla regolazione della
temperatura come da istruzioni al relativo
capitolo.
- Modelli Bagno Maria della Linea
MUSIC:
All’atto dell’accensione un allarme sonoro
suona a prescindere dalla presenza o meno di
adeguata quantità di
acqua in vasca. E’
pertanto necessario:
a)spegnere l’apparecchio,
b)controllare il livello dell’acqua ed
eventualmente rabboccare nel caso che
questo sia inferiore al minimo (vedi B1),
c)mettere in funzione l’apparecchio agendo
sull’interruttore magnetotermico,
d)disinserire l’allarme premendo il pulsante
nero posto sul quadro elettrico
dell’apparecchio.
e)procedere alla regolazione della
temperatura come da istruzioni al relativo
capitolo.
f)Modello TANGO, SAMBA: durante il
funzionamento, è necessario togliere i ripiani
in acciaio inox forati presenti sl centro della
calotta trasparente della sovrastruttura.
Questo permetterà alla calotta stessa di
elevarsi completamente. Attenzione:
qualora per qualsivoglia motivo il
dispositivo che assicura l’automatismo di
elevazione non dovesse funzionare, è
necessario agire manualmente tramite una
delle impugnature sollevando completamente
la calotta.
Ad apparecchio spento, è possibile
abbassare la calotta e ricollocare i ripiani in
acciaio inox forati, il cui peso provvede a
mantenere abbassata la calotta.
C) Scarico dell’acqua:
Per i modelli della Linea Europa, agire sul
rubinetto di scarico e per i Modelli della
Linea Music sul tappo frontale in plastica.
D) Pulizia e consigli
Per il buon funzionamento e per l’efficacia
di trasmissione del calore è necessario che la
vasca sia mantenuta pulita e soprattutto,
qualora necessario, è importante provvedere
alla decalcificazione periodica, qualora si
faccia uso di acqua non trattata, tramite
prodotti efficaci ma NON corrosivi.
La Enofrigo S.r.l. non fornisce il cavo di
alimentazione
e,
considerandolo
“optional”, raccomanda di consultare un
esperto elettricista per la scelta e per
l’installazione del suddetto cavo.

A) Features:
The Bain-Marie appliance is fitted with a
heating technology, having been studied to
function with water in the well.
B) Operating the Bain-Marie:
1) Filling the well
The filling of the well is a manual operation
that must be performed when the
appliances is switched off and cool. The
water must be between a minimum level of
30 mm and a max. level of 50 mm from the
bottom of the well.
2) Switching on:
- Bain-Marie units of the EUROPA line:
a)check first the water level in the well and
fill it up if necessary (see B1)),
b)operate the appliance by the switch
c)adjust the operating temperature of the
bain-marie as described on the relevant
chapter,
- Bain-Marie units of the MUSIC line:
Warning: by switching on the appliance a
ringing alarm will set in function regardless
of the water level in the well. It is therefore
necessary:
a)to switch off the appliance (if it has been
switched on),
b)to check the water level in the well and to
fill it up accordingly if necessary (see B1)),
c)to set the appliance in function by the
switch placed on the control board,
d)to disconnect the alarm by the black pushbutton placed on the control board,
e)adjust the operating temperature of the
bain-marie as described on the relevant
chapter,
f)Model TANGO: when the Bain-Marie is
operating, the cover must always be lifted up.
It is therefore compulsory to remove the
stainless steel pierced shelves placed on the
glass cover of the superstructure; thus
allowing the lifting automatism to lift the
cover completely. Warning: should the lifting
automatism, for any reason, not operate, then
it is necessary to manually raise the cover
completely by one of the handgrips. When the
Bain-Marie is set out of function, put the
stainless steel pierced shelves on again. Their
wheight shall enable the lifting automatisme
to drop the cover on the well.
C) Water drain:
EUROPA Line: use the relevant drain cock
underneath the well.
MUSIC Line: remove the plug on the lower
front of the appliance. This is connected to a
plastic hose. Unscrew the plug from the hose
and drain water.
D) Cleaning and advices
To allow the good function as well as the
effective heating transmission, it is necessary
to clean the well properly. Furthermore,
should the well be filled by not softened
water, descale it periodically by NONcorrosive chemical products sufficiently
thinned out, and do NOT heat up.
According to the n. 73/23 EEC directive,
ENOFRIGO srl doesn’ t provide to power
supply cable and suggests to contact an
expert electrician for the choice and
installation of the cable.
A) Charactéristicques

B) Mise en marche de l’appareil Bain Marie
1) Remplissage de la cuve :
Le remplissage de la cuve est manuel et doit être
effectué quand l’appareil est éteint et froid. Le
niveau de l’eau doit être compris entre les 30
mm et les 50 mm du fond de la cuve.
2) Allumage :
- Modèles Bain-Marie de la ligne
EUROPA
a)vérifier le niveau de l’eau dans la cuve et
ouiller en cas qu’il soit inférieur au minimum
(voir B1),
b)mettre en fonction l’appareil par l’interrupteur
magnétothermique
c)régler la température selon les instructions au
chapitre correspondant
- Modèles Bain-Marie de la ligne
MUSIC
Attention : un alarme sonore entre en fonction à
chaque allumage, abstraction faite de la
présence ou pas d’eau dans la cuve. Donc il est
nécessaire:
a)éteindre l’appareil (s’il est allumé),
b)vérifier le niveau de l’eau dans la cuve et
ouiller en cas qu’il soit inférieur au minimum
(voir B1),
c)allumer l’appareil par l’interrupteur
magnétothermique,
d)déchencher l’alarme sonore par le bouton noir
sur le cadre électrique
e)régler la température selon les instructions au
chapitre correspondant,
f)Modèle TANGO, SAMBA : pendant le
fonctionnement: il est nécessaire d’enlever les
étagères en acier inox percésqui se trouvent sur
la partie centrale supérieure de la calotte
transparente de la structure. Ça permettra à la
calotte de monter complètement. Attention :
dans le cas que le dispositif de l’automatisme de
la levée, pour une raison quelconque, ne
fonctionne pas, il est nécessaire de lever la
calotte manuellement par un des manicles.
Quand l’appareil est éteint: il est possible de
baisser la calotte et d’y replacer les étagères en
acier inox percés, dont le poid ira maintenir la
calotte baissée.
C) Evacuation de l’eau :
Modèles de la Ligne EUROPA : utiliser le
robinet d’évacuation
Modèles de la Ligne MUSIC : enlever le clapet
(qui se trouve sur le front en bas de l’appareil)
branché à un tuyau en plastique. Dévisser le
clapet du tuyau et évacuer leu de la cuve.
D) Nettoyage et conseils :
Pour le focntionnement correcte et l’efficacité
de transmission de la chaleur il est nécesseire
de maintenir la cuve propre et surtout, si on
utilise de l’eau pas traitée, il est important de
décalcifier périodiquement la cuve par des
produits efficaces mais PAS corrosives pour
l’acier inox. En tout cas, il est toujours mieux
de les diluer et de ne pas rechauffer l’appareil.
Conformément aux directives europeènnes
73/23 EEC , la société ENOFRIGO srl ne
fourni pas le cable d’ alimentation et
suggère la consultation d’ un électricien
expérimenté pour le choix et l’ installation
du cable susdit.

B) Inbetriebnahme des Bain-Marie
1)Füllung der Wanne:
Die Füllung hat keine Automatik, deswegen
erfolgt sie von Hand. Das Gerät soll
ausgeschaltet und abgekühlt sein. Das
Wasserniveau soll zwischen 30 und 50 mm
vom Wannenboden sein.
2)
Anzündung des Bain-Marie:
- Gerätetypen der Reihe EUROPA:
a)Wasserniveau in der Wanne überprüfen
und, falls unter dem Mindestniveau,
entsprechend nachfüllen (s. B1)),
b)Das Gerät mittels des entsprechenden
Schalters in Betrieb nehmen,
c)Temperatur wunschgemäss einstellen (s.
Abschnitt “Temperatur-Einstellanleitungen”)
- Gerätetypen der Reihe MUSIC:
Bei jeder Anzündung tritt ein Tonalarm,
abgesehen vom richtigen Wasserniveau in der
Wanne, in Funktion. Es ist deswegen
erforderlich folgendes vorzunehmen:
a)Gerät ausschalten (falls eingeschaltet)
b)Wasserniveau in der Wanne überprüfen
und, falls unter dem Mindestniveau,
entsprechend nachfüllen (s. B1)),
c)Das Gerät mittels des entsprechenden
Schalters in Betrieb nehmen,
d)Das Tonalarm durch den schwarzen
Druckknopf am Schaltkasten ausschalten,
e)Temperatur wunschgemäss einstellen (s.
Abschnitt “TemperaturEinstellanleitungen”)
f)Modell TANGO, SAMBA: bei der
Inbetriebnahme, ist es absolut erforderlich
die gelochtenen CNS-Ablagen abzunehmen,
die sich im Zentrum der durchsichtigen
Kappe befinden. Das ermöglicht das
automatische Aufgehen der Kappe.
Achtung: sollte die Kappe wegen
irgendwelches Grund von sich selbst nicht
aufgehen, ist es erforderlich sie mittels ein
der Handgriffe von Hand zu heben.
Beim stillen Zustand, ist es möglich die
Kappe von Hand zu senken, und die
gelochtenen CNS-Ablagen wieder
einrichten.
C) Wasserablass:
Was die Gerätetypen der Reihe EUROPA
angeht, Wasser mittels der Wasserarmatur
in einem entsprechenden Auffangbehälter
ablassen.
Bei der Reihe MUSIC, ist es erforderlich den
Verschlußstopfen von der Möbelunterseite
herauszuziehen. Der Stopfen ist an einer
Gummischlauch angeschraubt. Stopfen
ausschrauben und Wasser in einem
entsprechenden Auffangbehälter ablassen.
D) Reinigung und Ratschlägen
Sowohl zur richtigen Funktionsfähigkeit des
Gerätes als auch zur wirksamen
Heizungsübertragung, ist es erforderlich die
Wanne immer sauber zu halten. Insbesonders,
ist es wichtig eine periodische Entkalkung
vorzunehmen, falls man nicht enthärtetes
Wasser zur Füllung der wanne benutzt.
Achtung: die Entkalkung muss nur mit
NICHT korrosiven Entkalkungsmitteln und
mit dem Gerät in kaltem Zustand erfolgenm,
um die CNS-Wanne nicht zu beschädigen.
Nach der Richtlinie 73/23/EWG werden
Kabel und Steckdosen von dem Hersteller
nicht mitgeliefert. Aus diesem Grund wird es
empfholen, diesen Arbeitsgang durch
technisches Fachpersonal auszuführen.

CONSIDERAZIONI GENERALI
GENERAL REMARKS
INCONVENIENTI
Se l’acqua non si riscalda:
- verificare corretto allacciamento
- verificare se inserita la tensione
- verificare la taratura del termostato
Se dopo aver eseguito tali verifiche l’inconveniente
persiste richiedere l’assistenza di un tecnico specializzato.
MANUTENZIONE
Ogni fine giornata, o turno di lavoro, dopo aver disinserito
la fonte di energia ed avere atteso che l’acqua si sia
raffreddata, pulire l’apparecchio con soluzione additiva e
con prodotti disinfettanti neutri.
Verificare sempre che il cavo di alimentazione sia integro
ed eventualmente sostituirlo.
INATTIVITA’
In caso di inattività prolungata dell’apparecchio si deve
procedere nel modo seguente:
- staccare la fonte di energia
- pulire accuratamente l’apparecchio con prodotti
disinfettanti
- proteggere l’apparecchio dall’ossidazione con prodotti
neutri
- coprire onde evitare il deposito di polvere.
DEMOLIZIONE
Alla fine della sua vita, l’apparecchio si deve smaltire
secondo le leggi vigenti del Paese di utilizzo.

If the water do not heat up:
- check that the appliance is correctly connected
- check that the appliance is live
- check the thermostat setting
If the problem persists after you have checked the above, ask
for the assistance of a skilled technician.
MAINTENANCE
At the end of each day, or of each shift, after having
disconnected the power supply and waited for the water to
cool down, clean the appliance with a solution containing
neutral disinfectants.
Always check that the power cable is unbroken and change it

INACTIVITY
In the event of prolunged inactivity of the appliance, proceed

CONSIDÉRATIONS GÉNÉRALES
INCONVÉNIENTS
Si les eau ne chauffent pas, il faut:
- vérifier si la connexion est correcte
- vérifier si la tension est branchèe
- vérifier le calibrage du thermostat
Si après avoir effectué ces contrôles l’inconvénient persiste,
il faut requérir l’assistence d’un technicien spécialisé.
ENTRETIEN
A la fin de chaque journée ou d’un travail par roulement,
après avoir coupé la source d’énergie et attendu que la eau se
soit refroidie, nettoyer l’appareil en utilisant une solution
additive et des produits neutres désinfectants.
Vérifier toujours que le câble de l’alimentation soit intact et
éventuellement le remplacer.
INACTIVITÉ
Pedant des périodes d’inactivité prolongée de l’appareil, il
faut procéder dans la façon suivante:
- débrancher la source d’énergie
- nettoyer soigneusement l’appareil en utilisant des produits
désinfectants
- protéger l’appareil de l’oxydation avec des produits neutres
- couvrir l’appareil afin d’éviter le dépôs de poussière.
