In ogni settore di applicazione, la vera pelle ha una sua specifica concia, per renderla idonea all’uso ed all’estetica necessaria, ma anche per dargli la migliore resistenza e garanzia di durata nel tempo, quindi la Rosini spa, dopo aver ottenuto i test necessari dalle concerie che hanno conciato per noi la nostra pelle, esegue con i propri macchinari due test importanti di riscontro: - TEST DI RESISTENZA ALLO SFREGAMENTO In pratica tutte le partite di pelle devono superare tale prova, che consiste nello sfregamento del campione a 400 passaggi, con la dovuta pressione prevista per legge, con utilizzo di tampone imbevuto in liquido alcalino. - TEST DI INVECCHIAMENTO ACCELERATO Ogni partita di pelle viene testata alla resistenza dell’invecchiamento accelerato, in pratica si vede come si comporterà la pelle nel tempo, cambiamenti cromatici e di morbidezza, per avere così una maggiore garanzia alla resistenza nel tempo. Naturalmente, il superamento dei test è prerogativa indispensabile, all’utilizzo della pelle stessa. Rosini spa after receiving leather tests from tanneries carries out with its own machineries two further tests: - RUBBING RESISTANCE TEST All leather batches have to pass this test which consists in rubbing a samples for 400 times, with the pressure provided for by law, using a buffer soaked in alkaline liquid. - ACCELERATED AGEING TEST Each leather batch is tested for verifying the ageing resistance and how will become in the years, its chromatic and softness changes to guarantee a greater resistance in time. Getting through these tests it’s absolutely necessary. Le vrai cuir est un matériel utilise dans plusieurs domaines comme ces de la chaussure, des vêtements et aussi de l’ameublement; il s’agit des secteurs ou ce précieux matériel est pour la plupart emploie. Dans chaque de ces domaines la peau subi un différent travaille pour la rendre apte a l’usage nécessaire, mais aussi pour lui garantir plus de résistance et conservation dans le temps. C’est pour ca que Rosini S.p.a., suit avoir recu les résultats des test effectues par nos fournisseurs qui s’occupent de corroyer le cuir, exécute encore 2 tests vraiment importants, avec ses propres machines, pour vérifier les premières résultats obtenus. - TEST DE RESISTANCE AU FROTTEMENT Chaque coli de cuir doit surmonter ce test, consiste a frotter l’échantillon avec 400 passages et une certaine pression, directement prévue par la loi, avec l’usage d’un tampon trempe dans un liquide alcalin. - TEST DE VIEILLISSEMENT ACCELLEREE Chaque coli de cuir est teste aussi pour sa résistance au vieillissement accéléré pour voir comment la peau pourra réagir dans le temps (changements du couleur et de la souplesse) pour garantir et certifier la résistance de la peau dans l’usage quotidien. Il est bien évident que surmonter ces test est élément indispensable a l’utilisation de la peau dans la production de nos salons.
