Vi preghiamo di presentarvi sempre 5 minuti prima dell’appuntamento indossando accappatoio
e ciabatte. I trattamenti iniziano e terminano nei tempi previsti per rispettare la puntualità del
cliente successivo.
In caso di ritardo non è possibile prolungare il trattamento oltre l’orario concordato, di
conseguenza la durata del trattamento si riduce. Se siete costretti a cancellare un appuntamento,
vi preghiamo di darcene comunicazione con almeno 5 ore di anticipo. In caso contrario vi verrà
addebitato il 50% dell’importo del trattamento.

Wir bitten Sie immer 5 Minuten vor der Behandlung einzutreffen, bekleidet mit Bademantel und
Badeschlappen. Die Behandlungen beginnen und enden zur vereinbarten Zeit, um auch dem
nachfolgenden Gast einen pünktlichen Behandlungsbeginn gewähren zu können.
Bei Verspätung kann die Behandlung nicht verlängert werden, es verkürzt sich daher
die Behandlungszeit. Sollten Sie eine Behandlung absagen müssen, so bitten wir Sie uns
dies mindestens fünf Stunden davor mitzuteilen. Andernfalls werden Ihnen 50% des
Behandlungspreises in Rechnung gestellt.

for your body and soul. We offer a large indoor swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a
fitness area, an area for massages and, new, individual beauty treatments.
We look forward to welcoming you!

Beauty: 10 a.m. - Midday / 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Swimming pool: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Wellness: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Solarium: please ask for the coins at the reception (15 min. = 15,00 Euro).

We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the beginning of your treatment, wearing bath robe
and slippers. The treatments start at the agreed time in order to guarantee also the following
performances in time. In case of delay the treatment will not be extended.
Appointments can to be cancelled minimum five hours before.
Otherwise we have to charge 50% of the price of the treatment.
