e dell’arredo-bagno, Metal Arredo
non poteva che dedicare una spazio
particolare anche all’illuminazione
della cucina….. Ecco quindi
svilupparsi all’interno della nostra
vasta gamma, una serie di prodotti
specifici per l’illuminazione di pensili
, basi , mensole e piani lavoro che
per le loro caratteristiche tecniche,
il ricercato design , il gioco di luci e
colori, creano un connubio prefetto
tra funzionalità ed eleganza , tra
praticità ed innovazione. Il tutto
correlato dall’introduzione del Led che
per la particolare tipologia di luce o
effetto luminoso riesce a soddisfare
le esigenze di un ambiente vivo

experience in lighting and bathroom
furnishing , Metalarredo couldn’t help
dealing also in kitchen lighting
products. As a consequence, it

SISTEMA DI INSTALLAZIONE
Il sistema di installazione a scorrimento
della lampada Fast permette un’estrema
facilità di montaggio. Adatta per tutti i
piccoli spazi, sia a soffitto che a parete,
per installare la lampada Fast basta solo
fissare con due viti le due staffe di
ancoraggio (presenti nell’imballo)
e fissare la lampada a pressione.
INSTALLATION SYSTEM
The sliding installation system of the
lamp Fast allows an extreme easy
mounting system. This lamp is suitable
for all small spaces, whether on ceiling or
on wall; to install the lamp Fast it is
sufficient to fix the two anchor brackets
with the two screws already included
in the package and insert the lamp by
pressing it.

La lampada Fast e molto versatile: dispone
infatti di un cablaggio di alimentazione
completo di spinotto che ne semplifica il
collegamento e di prolunghe e accessori
che semplificano e velocizzano al massimo
i collegamento fra più lampade in serie
risolvendo così qualsiasi problema
di installazione.

CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA
TERMS OF SALES
PREMESSE
PREMISES
Le forniture comprendono solo quanto espressamente specificato nella nostra conferma
d’ordine e sono regolate dalle presenti condizioni generali salvo deroghe risultanti da esplicito accordo scritto. I nostri temini di consegna sono puramente indicativi e non si accordano
risarcimenti di danni in caso di ritardata spedizione della merce. La spedizione della merce
viene effettuata a carico della nostra ditta per fatture superiori ai e 1.000,00.
Supplies include only what is expressly specified in our order confirmation and are regulated
by the actual general terms with the exception of what was expressly agreed in writing. Our
terms of delivery are purely indicative and no damages will be paid in the case of delay in
the forwarding of the goods. The forwarding of goods will be charged to our company for
invoices totalling an amount of more than e 1.000,00.

PRICES
L’offerta fatta dalla nostra Ditta ha validità di 30 giorni. I prezzi indicati nel contratto vengono
calcolati in base ai costi dei materiali e della manodopera pertanto potranno essere variati in
caso di variazioni dei prezzi delle materie prime, salari o di qualsiasi elemento di costo.
The offer made by our company is valid for a period of 30 days. The prices as indicated in
the agreement are based on the costs of material and labour, and therefore may be subject
to variations in raw material prices, wages and any other element of expenses.
MODALITA’ DI PAGAMENTO
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Salvo diversa e contraria pattuizione il pagamento della fornitura deve essere effettuato entro
i termini e le modalità stabilite tramite RB o RD definite con i nostri agenti. I pagamenti
dovranno essere eseguiti senza sconti, ribassi e/o arrotondamenti, in caso contrario ci riserviamo l’addebito delle spese e degli interessi moratori.
Except any other different and opposite term the payment of the supply shall be made within
the terms and the conditions as set, by cash order or direct remittance, as defined with our
agents. Payment will be made without any discount, rebate, rounding; otherwise we will
reserve the right to charge any expenses and interests incurred.
RISERVA DI PROPRIETA’
CONDITIONAL SALE
La nostra Ditta conserva la proprietà sui materiali forniti fino al totale pagamento della fattura.
Our company reserves all rights of property on the materials supplied until full payment of
the invoice is made.
SPEDIZIONE DELLA MERCE
La merce viaggia per conto e rischio del committente anche se venduta franco destino.
Trascorsi 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce non si accettano reclami. I reclami sulla
qualità e quantità della merce devono essere fatti mediante lettera raccomandata e devono
pervenire alla società entro il predetto termine sotto pena di decadenza.
GARANZIA
La nostra garanzia si limita al solo cambio della merce senza alcun indennizzo.
SONO ESCLUSE DA GARANZIE: La normale usura ed il naturale deterioramento dei materiali. Le rotture accidentali dovute ad uso non corretto ad incuria e trasporto.
Danni provocati da errato utilizzo dei nostri prodotti.
CONTROVERSIE
Qualunque controversia sarà regolata dal Foro competente di Treviso.
I contratti per materiali forniti all’estero, sono regolati dalla vigente legislazione italiana.
Con l’accettazione della merce s’intendono tacitamente accettate le nostre condizioni di vendita.

SHIPMENT OF GOODS
The goods travel at buyer’s risk even if sold free destination.
After 8 days as of receipt of the goods no claims will be accepted. Claims on quality and
quantity of the goods will have to be sent by registered mail and should reach the company’s
premises before the above expiry date, otherwise they will not be accepted.
WARRANTY
Our warranty is limited to the substitution of goods alone and without any compensation for
damages.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY: normal wear and tear of material, breakage due to
incorrect use, lack of care and transport damages.
CONTROVERSY
Any controversy arising are governed by the competent jurisdiction, The Court of Treviso.
Contracts for materials supplied abroad are subject to the Italian Law.
With the acceptance of the goods it is understood that all our sales terms are deemed as
automatically accepted.
