Principio di misura
Temperatura:
Il trasduttore è costituito da una
termoresistenza al Platino Pt100 (100Ω@0°C) sensibile
alle variazioni di temperatura secondo la curva di risposta
riportata nelle norme DIN 43760 1/3DIN. La variazione di
resistenza della Pt100 viene trasformata in un segnale
elettrico naturale con collegamento a quattro fili
oppure in un segnale elettrico normalizzato in corrente o
in tensione che varia in modo lineare con la temperatura.
Umidità rel.: Il trasduttore è costituito da un elemento a
film sottile la cui capacità varia linearmente con l'umidità
relativa dell'aria.
Measurement principle
Temperature: The transducer is made of a Platinum
thermo-resistance Pt100 (100Ω @0°C), sensitive to the
change of temperature according to the DIN 43760
norms 1/3DIN.
The variation of resistance of the Pt100 is transformed in
a natural electric signal with 4 wires connection or in an
analog signal (current or voltage) that changes in linear
mode with the temperature.
Rel. Humidity: The transducer is made of a thin film
that changes the capacity in linear mode with the air
humidity.
Descrizione
Il trasduttore è fissato all’interno di una serie di schermi
che la proteggono completamente dalla radiazione solare
diretta e dalla radiazione UV.
La schermatura è realizzata in modo da garantire
comunque la naturale ventilazione dell’elemento
sensibile. La particolare colorazione bianca – riflettente,
annulla l’effetto di riscaldamento indotto dalla
schermatura sull’elemento sensibile, garantendo una
maggiore precisione di misura.
Il sensore combinato è realizzato in conformità agli
standard WMO (World Meteorological Organization) ed è
disponibile con uscita Pt100 o 0÷2Vdc per la temperatura
e 0÷1Vdc per l’umidità, oppure con entrambe le uscite
normalizzate 4÷20mA.
Description
The transducer is installed inside an array of screen that
protect it from the direct solar radiation and from UV
radiation.
The screen cover is built to guarantee however the
natural ventilation of the sensing element. The particular
white reflecting colour, cancels the effect heating
induced from the shielding on the sensing element,
guaranteeing a best precision of measure.
This combined sensor is built to satisfy the WMO
standards. It’s available in the versions with Pt100 or
0÷2Vdc output for the temperature and 0÷1Vdc for the
humidity, or with analog output 4÷20mA for both
measures.
