CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE PER GRUPPI POMPANTI SERIE GIANO
I quattro componenti principali per i compressori della serie Giano sono: Pistone, Cilindro, Motore e Valvole.
Il Pistone appartiene alla tipologia “Rocking Piston”, ovvero è composto da un segmento flottante entro il cilindro,
fissato ad una biella con vite temprata automaschiante; la biella è montata su un cuscinetto a sfere lubrificato a vita
con un grasso speciale adatto per utilizzo ad alte temperature.
Il Cilindro è pressofuso, con canna in ottone annegata nella fusione, lavorata di ripresa meccanica.
Il Motore è a ventilazione forzata ad induzione, ad alto rendimento, con isolamento a norme europee e degli USA;
il corpo del compressore è integrale con la cassa del motore elettrico; le flange di chiusura sono in lega di alluminio
pressofusa.
Le Valvole sono di disegno esclusivo AlconAir, in acciaio inox speciale Sandvick per valvole; la piastra valvolare è in
alluminio pressofuso, con anodizzazione su richiesta per assenza totale di corrosione.
Questi compressori montano un sistema esclusivo di filtro di aspirazione su silenziatore, che li rende unici, per
questa tipologia, in silenziosità durante il funzionamento. I gruppi sono completi di piedini di fissaggio in alluminio
pressofuso; vi è la possibilità di fornitura in mobile insonorizzato, con o senza serbatoio di compenso, con pressostato ed accessori.
TECHNICAL DATA FOR GIANO SERIES AIR COMPRESSORS
The four main components for air compressors of the Giano series are: Piston, Cylinder, Engine and Valves.
The Piston, belonging to the type “Rocking Piston”, is composed of a sliding segment inside a cylinder, and is mounted on
a pillow block through a hardened, self-tapping screw; the connecting rod is mounted on a pillow block lubricated for life
with a special grease designed for utilization with high temperatures.
The Cylinder is die-cast, with a brass barrel embedded in the casting, worked during mechanical resumption (pickup).
The Engine utilizes a cooling system of forced air induction, with top performance, and its insulation is in compliance
with specifications for Europe and for the U.S.A.; the body of the air compressor is one single unit with the electric engine’s
box; the fastening flanges are made of die-cast aluminum alloy.
The Valves are an exclusive design by AlconAir, in special Sandvik stainless steel for valves; the valvular plate is made of
die-cast aluminum, and, upon request, it can be anodized to guarantee a total absence of corrosion.
These air compressors are fitted with an exclusive patented system of an air intake filter on silencer, which makes them
unique, for this typology, for their silence during operation. The units are equipped with anchoring feet constructed using
antivibration synthetic rubber; furthermore, the air compressor may be supplied inside of a soundproof cabinet, with or
without compensation tank, with a pressure switch and with accessories.
