Requirements for Student Nomination:

The student’s CGPA must be at least 2.5/4.0.
•
Since the academic language at KU is English, exchange students need to
be proficient in English to follow courses successfully and complete their
coursework. Koç University requires (at minimum) TOEFL PBT 550; TOEFL CBT
213; TOEFL IBT 80 or IELTS 6.0. These exam scores must be from the last two
years. If the student is a native English speaker, or has already been studying in
an English-speaking country (USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, The
Netherlands and UK), then the student does not need to sit these exams. Due to
the high level of demand for exchange at Koç University, as you all know, we
have implemented the rule of requiring an equivalent of 550 TOEFL.
