Presentazione azienda
Pur essendo quasi sicuramente la più giovane azienda nata in Europa per la progettazione e produzione di caricabatterie e saldatrici con tecnologia ad inverter,
(è nata infatti nel 2005 ) POLAR vanta già una leadership tecnologica che si identifica in una serie di prodotti innovativi ed all'avanguardia nel loro campo.
Le prestazioni e le caratteristiche operative di tutti i prodotti POLAR sono controllate e gestite da programmi di software originali che
assicurano la ottimizzazione dei parametri di funzionamento e quindi delle prestazioni oltre ad un intuitivo e semplice interfaccia con
l'utente pur nella completezza delle funzioni.
POLAR ha deciso di seguire, fin dal suo inizio, la strada della tecnologia digitale applicata a tutti i suoi progetti (con l'unica eccezione di qualche modello di base ).
Grazie alla caratteristica di poter memorizzare una enorme quantità di dati ed informazioni trasformabili, utilizzando opportuni algoritmi, in istruzioni di
comando e controllo del funzionamento dello hardware, la tecnologia digitale consente la ottimizzazione del controllo e della gestione di tutte le funzioni di
potenza. Nelle macchine più complesse questo viene ottenuto attraverso l'impostazione di pannelli di controllo completi di visualizzazione delle grandezze
coinvolte.
Questa tecnologia e le sue potenzialità sono state fino ad oggi prerogativa di macchine di fascia alta dai costi elevati: POLAR ha deciso di renderla disponibile
anche a macchine di più ampia diffusione, migliorandone così prestazioni e caratteristiche pur mantenendo costi e prezzi competitivi. Per meglio consentire di
identificare le ricadute sulle due famiglie di prodotto dell'offerta POLAR derivanti dall'uso della tecnologia digitale, sono state create le due icone riportate a
fianco:

Company profile
Although it is almost certainly the youngest company founded in Europe (founded in 2005) to design and manufacture battery chargers as well as welding
machines with Inverter technology, POLAR already has a technological lead that identifies a series of innovative products that are cutting edge in their field.
The performance and operational characteristics of all POLAR products are controlled and operated by software programs that are original and ensure the
optimization of the operating parameters and hence the performance in addition to a simple and intuitive interface with the user while in completeness of
functions.
POLAR has chosen to follow, since its inception, the road of digital technology applied to all its projects (with the exception of some base models). Being able to
store a huge amount of data and information which is transformable using suitable algorithms in instructions of command and control, hardware operation and
digital technology allow to optimize control and management of all power functions. In more complex machines, this is obtained by setting control panels with
complete visualization of the magnitudes involved.
This technology and its potential has been hitherto the prerogative of high-end machines with high costs: POLAR has decided to include this technology in
machines more widely available, thus improving performance and features while keeping costs and prices competitive. To better help identify the impact on the
two product families offered by POLAR with the use of digital technology, the two icons listed hereunder have been created:

Présentation de l’entreprise
S'il est presque certainement la plus jeune entreprise fondée en Europe dans la conception et la fabrication de chargeurs de batteries et de soudage avec la
technologie Inverter, (elle est née en 2005 en fait) POLAR dispose déjà d'un leadership technologique qui est identifié dans une série de produits innovants et à
l’avant-garde dans leur domaine .
Les caractéristiques de performance et de fonctionnement de tous les produits POLAR sont contrôlées et gérées par les logiciels d'origine qui
assurer l'optimisation des paramètres de fonctionnement et par conséquent le rendement en plus d'une interface simple et intuitive avec
l'utilisateur tout en l'intégralité des fonctions.
POLAR a décidé de suivre , depuis sa création , la route de la technologie numérique appliquée à l'ensemble de ses projets (à l'exception de quelque modèle de
base) . En raison de la caractéristique d'être en mesure de stocker une énorme quantité de données et d'informations convertible, en utilisant des algorithmes
appropriés, comme les instructions de contrôle dans le fonctionnement du matériel , la technologie numérique permet d'optimiser le contrôle et la gestion de
tous les fonctions de puissance. Dans les machines plus complexes, on obtien le but par la fixation de panneaux de commande de visualisation complète des
grandeurs concernées.
Cette technologie et son potentiel a été jusqu'à présent l'apanage des machines haut de gamme par le coût élevé : POLAR a décidé de mettre à la disposition des
machines plus largement disponibles, améliorant ainsi les performances et les fonctionnalités tout en maintenant des coûts et des prix compétitifs. Pour mieux
vous aider à identifier les implications sur les deux familles de produits de l’offre POLAR découlant de l'utilisation de la technologie numérique, nous avons créé
les deux icônes affichées à côté :

Obwohl POLAR mit Sicherheit eine der jùngsten Firmen auf dem europàischen Markt ist, die Batterieladegeràte und Schweissergeràte mit Invertertechnologie
produziert, zeichnet und herstellt (seit 2005), kann POLAR schon auf eine technische Leadership zurùckblicken, die sich durch neue und zukunftsorientierte
Produkte auszeichnet.
Die Leistungsfàhigkeit und die technischen Merkmale der POLAR-Produkte zeichnen sich aus, durch originelle Software-Programme, wie Steuerung und Kontrolle
derselben, die somit optimale Funktionsparameter und einfache Bedienungsprogramme gewaehrleisten, ohne auf reichhaltige Funktionsmoeglichkeiten zu
verzichten.
POLAR hat sich von Anfang an fùr die digitale Technologie entschieden und wendet diese auf alle seine Projekte an (ausser das Basis-Modell). Dank der
Mòglichkeit, enorme Datenquantitàten und Informationen zu speichern, die durch die Anwendung gegebener Algorythmen erreicht werden, die widerum in ein
Hardware registriert werden, kann man durch diese digitale Technologie, eine Optimierung der Kontrolle, der Bedienung und der Funktionen der Geràte
erreichen. Bei komplexeren Geràten, kann man dies durch Panels erreichen, die eine visuelle Kontrolle der genutzten Kràfte wiedergeben. Bis vor Kurzem
wurden diese Mòglichkeiten nur bei kostenintensiveren Geràten hòherer Klasse angewendet:
POLAR hat diese Technologie auch auf kleinere und kostengùnstigere Geràte angewendet, damit auch diese, hòheren Anforderungen gewachsen sind und sich
den Charakteristiken der gròsseren Klasse anpassen kònnen. Um die POLAR -Produkte und deren technologische Anwendungen besser identifizieren zu kònnen,

POLAR ha sviluppato una nuova
gamma di caricabatterie HF (alta
frequenza) per le esigenze degli
utilizzatori.
L'obiettivo è quello di fornire
carica batterie programmabili con
il massimo della flessibilità
all’interno di determinati intervalli.
Acquistando un caricabatterie della
Q-SERIES, il cliente può
configurarlo, al momento della
vendita, sulla base delle richieste
dell’utilizzazione specifica.
In particolare, può decidere se
intende fare funzionare l’apparato
come caricabatterie o alimentatore,
decidere il tipo di batteria che si va a
ricaricare, la tensione, la corrente, la
fine carica.
Questo è possibile, per tutta la
gamma, utilizzando il Program
Shooter.
Un altro notevole vantaggio è quello
di poter riprogrammare
successivamente il caricabatterie per
poterlo utilizzare con una batteria
diversa da quella precedente.

verschieden Ladegeràtegròssen zu
ersparen oder zu lagern und
gleichzeitig mit einem Basismodell in
wenigen Minuten den vom Kunden
angefragten LG-Typus zu produzieren.
Mit einem einzigen Joy-Stick kann man
alle Ladegeràte vorprogrammieren und
der Kunde kann, bei einem
Batteriewechsel, jederzeit zu Ihnen
kommen und das Ladegeràt neu
einstellen lassen.

La batteria scarica di un’automobile moderna dotata di centraline elettroniche rende necessarie due operazioni:
1. La ricarica della stessa.
2. L’avviamento nel motore in presenza di batteria insufficiente.
Tutte le maggiori case automobilistiche, per preservare la sicurezza della batteria e dell’elettronica dell’automobile, raccomandano due cose:
1. Usare un caricabatteria con l’uscita in tensione controllata al di sotto dei 14,4V
2. Avviare con una batteria ausiliaria e comunque evitare rigorosamente di avviare con un tradizionale booster.
La prima raccomandazione rende non adatti tutti i caricabatteria tradizionali a tensione e corrente non controllati.
La seconda raccomandazione proibisce per la stessa ragione e cioè il fatto che non controllano la tensione, l’uso dei booster tradizionali.
Le batterie portatili consentono l’avviamento solo per poche volte prima di scaricarsi a loro volta.
URANO 450 grazie al controllo digitale che governa la sua potenza è l’unico che risolve entrambi i problemi.
The battery of a modern car with electronic control, that is low in charge, needs two operations:
1. Recharging.
2. The starter motor.
All the major car manufacturers, in order to preserve the safety of the battery and car electronics, recommend two things:
1. Use a battery charger with voltage output controlled below 14.4 V.
2. Start with an auxiliary battery and strictly avoid to start with a traditional booster.
The first recommendation means that not all traditional battery chargers are suitable because voltage and current are not controlled.
The second recommendation prohibits the use of the traditional booster for the same reason, i.e. voltage is not controlled.
Portable batteries allow starting only a few times before they also discharge.
URANO 450, thanks to the digital control that governs its power, is the only battery charger that solves both problems.
La batterie d'une voiture moderne avec commande électronique, qui est faible en charge, a besoin de deux opérations:
1. La recharge.
2. Le moteur de démarreur.
Tous les grands constructeurs automobiles, afin de préserver la sécurité de la batterie et l'électronique automobile, de recommander deux
choses:
