PRIMA:
Leggere le istruzioni di preparazione della macchina.
Controllare tutte le protezioni della macchina e sostituire immediatamente le parti danneggiate con ricambi originali.
Leggere attentamente il manuale d’uso e manutenzione.
The machine has been exclusively designed for use as a projector screen.
No other type of use is permitted.
The machine must operate in a closed and dry environment at a temperature between 15°C. to 40°C. with humidity
between 30 – 90% without condensation.
SAFETY NORMS FOR UTILISATION
The machine is equipped with all safety devices in accordance with the European Machines Directive.
The following operations must be carried out before putting the machine into operation:
•
Check the voltage and the operating frequency of the electrical circuit.
•
Check that the wall or ceiling fixings are secure.

Togliere tensione con l’interruttore generale.
UTILIZATION
NORME DI SICUREZZA PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Salita
Seguire le norme di manutenzione riportate in questo libretto. Non effettuare riparazioni con la macchina in movimento.
Utilizzare pezzi di ricambio originali.
GARANZIA
La ditta “LIGRA SRL” assume la garanzia del funzionamento della macchina per la durata di ventiquattro mesi per le
parti meccaniche, con decorrenza dalla data di consegna
indicata sulla relativa bolla di accompagnamento.
La garanzia è limitata alla sostituzione dei pezzi guasti o
difetti dipendenti dalla costruzione. Essa non si estende
ai difetti causati dal consumo naturale o da imperizia o
negligenze del committente, ai pezzi che per la composizione del materiale o la natura di impiego siano soggetti
a rapido deterioramento e agli utensili di corredo.
I guasti o difetti che si dovessero riscontrare devono essere
comunicati con lettera o fax entro otto giorni dall’accertamento, pena la decorrenza della garanzia.
La ditta “LIGRA SRL”, previo accertamento del difetto,
sostituisce gli elementi difettosi, purché non siano stati
manomessi per tentata modifica o riparazione da parte
del committente e questi abbia ottemperato agli obblighi
contrattuali.
È espressamente escluso ogni altro indennizzo.
In caso di parti installate in un secondo tempo, la garanzia copre soltanto tali parti con le stesse modalità sopra
riportate.
NOTE GENERALI ALLA CONSEGNA
La macchina si presenta avvolta da
una protezione in cartone reggiato e
fissata ad un supporto in legno.
Per la sua movimentazione è necessario
posizionare due fasce A come da Fig.
equidistanti dal centro e tra loro almeno di 2 m.e utilizzare un opportuno apparecchio di sollevamento.
Una volta depositata a terra procedere
al disimballo tagliando le regge B e togliendo il cartone di protezione C.
Svitare le quattro viti D di collegamento
al supporto in legno E facendo attenzione a non danneggiare la macchina.

To utilise the screen, press the down switch.
Releasing the switch stops the downward movement of the screen.
If the switch is continuously pressed, the screen completely unrolls until
it is automatically stopped by a limit switch.
To roll up the screen after use, keep the up switch pressed.
Releasing the switch stops the upward movement of the screen.
If the switch is continuously pressed, the screen completely rolls up until
it is automatically stopped
Discesa
MAINTENANCE
The machine does not need any particular maintenance, only cleaning every now and again.
Projector screen: utilise a damp clean cloth with neutrally based detergents.
Rubbing the screen with the cloth during the cleaning operation could cause static electricity.
After cleaning, it is advisable to rub the screen with a clean cloth and an anti-static liquid to stop the dust being immediately attracted to the screen.
REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
In the case of removal of the machine, it is necessary to proceed as follows:
•
Make sure that the machine has been disconnected from the main electrical circuit.
•
Remove the screws and the screw fixing plugs.
•
Store the machine in a dry place, away from atmospheric agents.

POSITIONING
Wall or ceiling fixing
To position the machine, mark out the holes for the screw
fixing plugs on the wall or the ceiling at the distances
shown in the design. Utilising 6 mm screws and screw fixing plugs suitable for the type of wall material, drill and
insert the screw fixing plugs into the holes.
The surfaces on the wall or ceiling where the support plates are to be fixed must be perfectly flat.
Lift up the machine utilising the appropriate lifting equipment and at least two support straps placed equidistant
from the centre and with at least 2 metres between the

straps. Take care to not damage the screen material.
Place the support plates over the screw fixing plugs and
screw the screws into place.
Having terminated the operation, slowly remove the lifting
equipment.
Open the rear part of the control panel and carry out the
connection between the cable of the machine and the
control switch (1.5 metres available) and then from the
control switch to the electric mains, ensuring that the current is not switched on.
Fix the control switch to the wall.
Fixing screw holes
Fissaggio a parete o a soffitto
Per posizionare la macchina, tracciare sulla parete o sul
soffitto gli interassi dei fori per i tasselli alle distanze del
disegno. Forare e infilare i tasselli ad espansione nei fori.
Utilizzare viti diametro 6 mm, e tasselli ad espansione
adatti alla natura delle pareti.
E’ indispensabile che le superfici di appoggio delle squadrette siano perfettamente piane.
Sollevare la macchina mediante appositi mezzi di sollevamento utilizzando almeno due fasce tenute equidistanti
dal centro e distanti tra loro di almeno due metri avendo
cura di non danneggiare il telo.
Presentare le squadrette davanti ai tasselli, infilare le viti e
procedere al loro avvitamento.
Terminata l’operazione allontanare lentamente il mezzo di
sollevamento.
Aprire la parte posteriore della pulsantiera di comando
ed eseguire i collegamenti tra il cavo della macchina e
la pulsantiera, (m.1.5 disponibili) e tra quest’ultima e la
rete elettrica esterna assicurandosi che non ci sia tensione
inserita.

La macchina è stata concepita esclusivamente per essere utilizzata come schermo per proiezioni.
Non è consentito nessun altro suo utilizzo diverso da quello di cui sopra.
La macchina deve lavorare in ambiente coperto ed asciutto ad una temperatura tra i 15-40 0 C con una umidità tra il
30-90% senza condensa.
NORME DI SICUREZZA PER L’UTILIZZO
La macchina è dotata di tutti i presidi antinfortunistici previsti dalla Direttiva Macchine.
La messa in servizio deve essere preceduta dalle seguenti operazioni:
•
controllo della tensione e delle frequenza della rete
•
controllo del sicuro fissaggio a parete o a soffitto

BEFORE USING THE MACHINE
Read the instructions before preparing the machine for use.
Check all the protective packaging of the machine and immediately substitute damaged parts with original spare parts.
Carefully read the user and maintenance manual.
DURING USE
Be careful of live electrical parts.
AFTER USE
Switch off the current at the main switch.
MAINTENANCE SAFETY NORMS
Per utilizzare lo schermo premere il pulsante di discesa.
Il rilascio del pulsante provoca l’arresto della discesa.
Se si tiene premuto il pulsante, il telo si svolge tutto fino a fermarsi per
l’intervento di un fine corsa.
Terminato l’utilizzo, per far riavvolgere lo schermo tenere premuto il
pulsante di salita.

Discesa
MANUTENZIONE
La macchina non necessita di alcuna manutenzione particolare:solo normale pulizia.
Telo di proiezione: utilizzare un panno morbido pulito ed inumidito eventualmente utilizzando detergenti a base neutra.
Durante le operazioni di pulizia, a causa dello sfregamento con il panno, potrebbe verificarsi che il telo si carichi di
elettricità statica. Si consiglia pertanto di passare con un panno pulito un liquido antistatico sul telo per evitare che la
polvere venga subito attratta.
DISINSTALLAZIONE, SMALTIMENTO E ROTTAMAZIONE
In caso di disinstallazione della macchina è necessario procedere come segue:
•
assicurarsi di aver staccato la macchina dal circuito elettrico principale
•
rimuovere le viti o tasselli di fissaggio
•
stoccare la macchina in modo da difenderla dagli agenti atmosferici
Per lo smaltimento, procedere allo smontaggio della macchina separando e ponendo in appositi contenitori:
•
parti metalliche
•
plastica
•
cavetteria elettrica
Carry out the maintenance norms printed in this booklet. Do not effectuate repairs while the machine is moving. Utilise
original spare parts.
GUARANTEE
Any faults or defects found must be advised in writing by
letter or fax, within eight days of the control, and with immediate affect of the guarantee coming into force.
Subject to controlling the defect, the LIGRA SRL company
will substitute the defective parts provided that they have
not been modified or repaired by the purchaser and that
they comply with contractual obligations.
Any other claims are absolutely excluded.
In the case of parts installed at a later date, the guarantee
covers only those parts with the same modality as stated
above.
The LIGRA SRL company guarantees all mechanical parts
of the machine against malfunction for a period of 24
months commencing from the date of delivery indicated
on the relative delivery note.
The guarantee is limited to the substitution of parts that
are found to be faulty or defective during construction. The
guarantee does not cover the tool kit and defects caused
by normal wear or by incapacity or negligence on the part
of the purchaser, or parts, that because of the composition of the material or the usage of are subject to rapid
deterioration.
GENERAL NOTES ABOUT THE DELIVERY
The machine is wrapped in a protective
support carton and fixed to a wooden
support.
To move the machine, it is necessary to
position the two straps A as shown in the
figure, equidistant from the centre with
at least 2 metres between the straps and
utilise appropriate lifting equipment.
Once placed on the ground, remove
the packing by cutting the straps B and
removing the protective carton C.
Unscrew the four connecting screws D
to the wooden support E, being careful
to not damage the machine.
