Arch. EDITH FORTE, AIA
Managing Director
Graduating with honours in Architecture in 1995 from La Sapienza University of Rome, she completed a
postgraduate specialisation in Design and Management at Milan Polytechnic and a PhD in Architectural
Technology at the University of Florence.
An expert in space planning and project management, she began her professional career in 1995 gaining
significant experience in design for primary groups in the fields of Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Real
Estate and Construction.
In 1998, she was in charge of setting up and manage the Rome office of DEGW Italy, an international
leader in Workplace Strategy and Space Planning services. For the CIVITA Consortium she is the
coordinator for regional marketing projects (Lazio). Together with her team, she founded Fortebìs Group
Company in 2001 and manages the group, which has its head office in Rome and a global professional
network, Certified Quality Systems, which has today achieved a strong position in strategic consulting
services, integrated design and project management and advisory. Amongst her various appointments,
she was Managing director and one of the technical directors of the company. She currently handles
relations with the group’s major clients such as the Bank of Italy, BNL BNP Paribas, the Austrian Embassy,
ENI, Ferservizi, FIAT Partecipazioni, Ferrari, Maserati, Generali gestioni immobiliari, Allianz. She has
been a member of the board of the AICE (the Italian Association of Cost Management), a member of the
Environmental Committee of the OICE, a member of the Ethics Committee of Assoimmobiliare. Currently
she is a member of ASPESI directors, member of ULI Urban Land Institute and AIA American Institute of
Architects associate. Since 2012 she is a council member of P&G RE SGR delegated to the Real Estate
and connection between the board of directors and Real Estate investment committee.
Laureata cum laude in Architettura presso l’Università la Sapienza di Roma, consegue la specializzazione
in Design & Management al Politecnico di Milano ed un Dottorato di Ricerca in Tecnologia dell’Architettura
all’Università degli Studi di Firenze.
Esperta di Progettazione di Uffici, Hotellerie e Project Management, inizia la sua attività professionale
nel 1995 maturando una significativa esperienza nell’ambito della progettazione per Gruppi primari nei
settori Bancario, Assicurativo, Hospitality, del Real Estate e delle Costruzioni.
Nel 1998 cura lo start-up e dirige la sede romana di DEGW Italia, una multinazionale leader nei servizi
di Workplace strategy e space planning. Per il Consorzio CIVITA è coordinatore di progetti di marketing
territoriale (Lazio).
Nel 2001 assieme al suo team fonda e dirige Fortebìs Group, con sede principale Roma e network
professionale worldwide, Sistema Qualità certificato, che raggiunge oggi un solido posizionamento nei
servizi della Consulenza strategica, Progettazione integrata, Project Management e Advisory.
Nell’ambito dei diversi ruoli ricoperti in Fortebis, è Amministratore Responsabile in charge e uno dei
Direttori Tecnici della Società. E’ responsabile dei rapporti con i grandi Clienti del gruppo, quali Banca
d’Italia, BNL BNP Paribas, Ambasciata d’Austria, ENI, Ferservizi, FIAT Partecipazioni, Ferrari, Maserati,
Generali Gestioni Immobiliari, Allianz. E’ stata membro del Comitato direttivo dell’AICE Associazione

Arch. SIMONA FRANCI
Branding, Hotellerie & Retail Design
An expert in interior design, corporate image and branding. She graduated in 1998 from the University
of Architecture in Florence and began her professional career in London with Claudio Silvestrin’s firm,
carrying out retail and exhibition design projects, including installations for the Hayward Gallery in
London, plans for the Genny offices in Milan, Genny store (New York) and Giorgio Armani store (Paris).
She also oversaw the design of CS & Partners’ new offices in London.
As a lead designer, she has developed the corporate identities of several haute couture fashion houses,
specializing in retail, luxury residential and hospitality. In charge of planning many furnishing elements for
the product design sectors, she develops and manages entire projects from start to finish, paying close
attention to the study of architectural details, lighting, material and forms.
In 2005, she became project manager of Fendi’s Store Project Department, overseeing the full setting up
process of Fendi stores in North America.
In 2007, she became a partner in the Fortebìs group, first as the head of the Armani Collezioni safety
development (SIS) project in the United States and subsequently as senior designer (projects including
the Todini-Cediv real estate complex in Venice, the Generali Museum in Trieste, interior design of the
FATA Assicurazioni head offices in Rome).
Since 2008, she has been the company’s lead designer for the new corporate identity of the Ferrari and
Maserati brand showrooms, the FE-MA brand and lead designer of the network of showrooms at global
level (350 dealers). She is head of the FE-MA car showrooms project at international level.
Esperta di Interior Design, Corporate Image & Branding. Laureata nel 1998 presso la Facoltà di
Architettura all’Università degli Studi di Firenze, ha iniziato la sua attività professionale a Londra con
lo Studio di Claudio Silvestrin, curando vari progetti di Retail & Exhibition Design, tra cui gli allestimenti
per la Hayward Gallery di Londra, il progetto di Genny Offices a Milano, lo showroom di Genny Store a
New York e il Giorgio Armani Store di Parigi. Ha inoltre seguito la progettazione della nuova sede di CS
& Partner a Londra.
Come progettista di riferimento, ha sviluppato Corporate Identity di varie aziende di Alta Moda
specializzandosi in Retail, Residenziale di lusso e Hospitality. Responsabile dell’ideazione di elementi
d’arredo per settori di Product Design, sviluppa e gestisce progetti in modo globale, con una profonda
cura dei dettagli architettonici, illuminotecnici, materici e formali.
Nel 2005 è Project Manager di Fendi all’interno dello Store Project Department, verificando tutto il
processo di realizzazione dei negozi Fendi in Nord America.
Nel 2007 diventa Partner di Fortebìs Group, prima come responsabile di progetto dei SIS di Armani
Collezioni negli Stati Uniti, poi come progettista senior (progetto del complesso immobiliare Todini-Cediv
a Venezia, progetto architettonico del Museo delle Generali a Trieste, Interior Design della nuova sede
di FATA Assicurazioni a Roma).
Dal 2008 è la Design Leader della Società per la nuova Corporate Identity degli Showroom Ferrari brand,
di Maserati brand, FE-MA bibrand e progettista di riferimento della rete di Showroom a livello worldwide
(350 Dealers). E’ responsabile di progetto dei Saloni auto FE-MA a livello internazionale.

Arch. RAFFAELLA PARLANGELI, RIBA II
Master Planning & Residential Design
An expert in urban design, master planning and interior design. She graduated in Architecture and
Urban Planning from Oxford Brookes University in the UK in 2002, followed by a graduate diploma
in Architectural and Cultural Studies. During her professional career, she has acquired integrated and
multidisciplinary skills, from master planning to interior design, from the preliminary to the executive
stage. Her flexible approach and natural open-mindedness have given life to projects at different levels,
developing innovative project ideas. She worked professionally in Tokyo for about five years, working
with prestigious architectural firms like RTKL and Gensler until 2007, focusing her expertise on master
planning, and urban design, collaborating on projects such as Nagatsuda Minamidai Commons in
Yokohama, the Mochizuki Sunny Village in Karuizawa, the Tachikawa Research Campus, the Lalaport
Shopping Center renovation in Tokyo and the Kashiwa Shopping Center. She has carried out extensive
work in planning mixed use, hospitality (Seragaki Island Resort a Okinawa), retail centres (Peugeot
Renovation Program in Tokyo, DFS in Okinawa, Wakayama City Pachinko) and interior design (Daiba
Residential Tower in Tokyo).
Corporate interior design projects include the Goldman Sachs 42nd floor in the prestigious Mori Tower at
Tokyo’s Roppongi Hills centre, the renovation of the iTunes office, for the Apple office in Shibuya. On her
return to Italy, she worked with the Studio Fuksas Associati as head of design for the group and as project
leader for Armani’s 5th Avenue concept store in New York, and assisted in the Montecatini thermal baths
renovation project.
In 2008, she became a partner in the Fortebìs group, both in charge of master planning and residential
design projects, as well as assisting in retail and exhibition design projects.
Esperta di Urban Design, Master Planning & Interior Design. Si è laureata in Architettura presso l’Oxford

Arch. ANGELO RISTORI, AICE
Construction Management
An expert in the field of Construction Management, as a designer at the executive stage, works supervisor
and safety coordinator, he has significant experience developing activities for major clients in the fields of
real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality and retail.
After graduating in Architecture from Rome’s La Sapienza University in 2001, he completed a
specialisation in Project and Construction Management and has been a member of AICE (the Italian
Association of Cost Management) since 2003.
A founding partner of the Fortebìs group, he has been technical director since 2004, in charge of the
group’s works management and senior consultant in the real estate sector.
Within the group, he is works supervisor and construction manager for works of the headquarters of the
following companies in Rome: HP DCS, H3G, WIND Telecomunicazioni, DaimlerChrysler Italia; and for
the renovation of the historical office of the Generali group in Trieste; extension work and the completion
of the new Florence Residence Hotel (161 rooms) in Florence; and the construction of seven new luxury
villas in Forte dei Marmi.
He was also the technical coordinator of FERRARI projects and the international motor shows in
Shanghai in 2009, Frankfurt in 2009, Geneva in 2009-2010, Beijing in 2010, Paris in 2010 and the
installation of the hospitality area at the America’s Cup finals in Valencia in 2009.
Esperto nel settore della Gestione delle Costruzioni, in qualità di Progettista in fase esecutiva, Direttore
dei Lavori e Coordinatore della Sicurezza, matura una significativa esperienza svolgendo attività per
primari Clienti nei settori Real Estate, Bancario, Assicurativo, Hospitality e Retail.
Laureato in Architettura presso l’Università la Sapienza di Roma, consegue la specializzazione in Project
& Construction Management e dal 2003 è membro dell’AICE, l’Associazione Italiana di ingegneria
Economica.
Partner fondatore di Fortebìs Group, è Direttore tecnico dal 2004, Responsabile per il Gruppo dell’area
di gestione delle realizzazioni e Consulente senior nel settore Real Estate.
Nell’ambito delle attività del Gruppo, è Direttore dei lavori e Construction manager per la realizzazione,
a Roma, degli Headquarters delle Aziende HP DCS, H3G, WIND Telecomunicazioni, DaimlerChrysler
Italia; a Trieste, per la ristrutturazione della sede storica del Gruppo Generali; a Firenze, per i lavori di
ampliamento dell’edificio e realizzazione del nuovo Florence Residence Hotel (161 camere); a Forte dei
Marmi, per la costruzione di sette nuove ville residenziali di lusso.
È inoltre coordinatore tecnico dei progetti di FERRARI ai Saloni Internazionali dell’Auto di Shanghai

Cost Management & Control
An expert in zoning law and technical authorisation procedures, she specialises in the design of residential
real estate, business centres and hotels, with particular focus on the assessment of construction costs.
A graduate in Architectural Design from Rome’s La Sapienza University, she began her professional
career in 1999 gaining experience initially in architectural and conservational restoration and in the field
of building renovation and planning legislation.
In 2002, she became a partner at the Fortebìs group, gaining specific experience in the areas of
project management and control, feasibility studies, development programmes, economic and technical
validation, compliance and permits coordination, and the multidisciplinary coordination of the executive
design.
She acts as an internal consultant on executive group projects for important clients such as Poste
Italiane, HP DCS, Ferrovie dello Stato RE, Alitalia and WIND Telecomunicazioni.
Since 2005, she has been responsible for the engineering and the accounting on large-scale projects,
such as the tower with 182 residences and 13 floors at Porta di Roma (contractor: Lamaro Appalti) and
the implementation of the new Ferrari and Maserati corporate identity in every showroom across the
world. She coordinates the drafting of engineering manuals and project cost assessment (shell, finishing,
furniture and complementary items).
She is currently in charge of cost management and control within the areas of the Fortebìs group’s project
management.
Esperta di Legislazione Urbanistica e Procedimenti tecnico-autorizzativi, si specializza nella
progettazione residenziale, direzionale e alberghiera, con particolare attenzione alla valutazione dei costi
di costruzione.
Laureata in Progettazione Architettonica presso la Facoltà di Architettura dell’Università La Sapienza di
Roma, inizia la sua attività professionale nel 1999, sviluppando le prime competenze sia nell’ambito del
Restauro Architettonico e Conservativo, sia nel settore della Ristrutturazione Edilizia e della Legislazione
Urbanistica.
Nel 2002 diventa Partner di Fortebìs Group, maturando una esperienza specifica nei servizi di gestione
e controllo del progetto, negli studi di fattibilità, nei programmi di valorizzazione, nelle validazioni tecnicoeconomiche dei progetti, negli adempimenti autorizzativi, nel coordinamento multidisciplinare della
progettazione esecutiva.
Presta consulenze professionali all’interno dei progetti direzionali del Gruppo per importanti aziende
come Poste italiane, HP DCS, Ferrovie dello Stato RE, Alitalia, WIND Telecomunicazioni. Dal 2005
è responsabile dell’ingegnerizzazione e della contabilità di grandi progetti, quali ad esempio la Torre
per 182 residences di 13 piani a Porta di Roma (Lamaro Appalti), e responsabile dell’applicazione a
livello worldwide della nuova Corporate Identity ai nuovi Showroom FERRARI e MASERATI. Coordina
la stesura dei Manuali di ingegnerizzazione e la valutazione dei costi del progetto (involucro, finiture,
arredi e complementi).
E’ attualmente responsabile delle attività di Cost Management & Control, all’interno dell’area di Project
Management di Fortebìs Group.

Dott. CLELIA PEDDE
Chief Executive Officer
Expert in Firm Consulting in Governance (administration and management procedures, programming
and control, budgeting and reporting), tender contracts and management control.
She has developed in the last years an important expertise in technical-legal Due Diligence, urban administration procedures and development operations of real estate portfolios on the national territory.
In 1983 she gains a certificate in Public Relations at the Istituto Europeo di Design and in 1989 gains
her degree in Law at the “Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”. She carries on her studies
taking a post university Master (I.C.E. Milano) in Export Management and a stage in Hong Kong for a
Market Research commissioned by Benetton S.p.A. In the meantime she also gains a Certificate in Legal
Informatics at the C.E.D. of the Corte Suprema di Cassazione.
Her natural problem solving attitude has made so that she always holds strategic consulting and
management & control positions also in specific areas as cinema theaters circuits throughout the national
territory.
She currently is Chief Executive Officer at Fortebis and is in charge of the institutional relations with
Ferrari/Maserati Dealer networks and the Tender and Contract area.
Esperta in consulenza aziendale in materia di Governance (procedure organizzative e amministrative,
programmazione e controllo, budgeting e reporting), contratti d’appalto e controllo di gestione.
Ha maturato negli ultimi anni anche un’esperienza significativa in ambito di Due Diligence tecnicolegali, procedure urbanistico - amministrative ed operazioni di sviluppo di portfolios immobiliari su tutto
il territorio nazionale.
Nel 1983 consegue il Diploma in Relazioni Pubbliche presso l’Istituto Europeo di Design e nel 1989
si laurea in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza” proseguendo il suo
percorso formativo con un Master post universitario (I.C.E. Milano) in Export Management ed uno stage
ad Hong Kong per un Indagine di mercato su commissione Benetton S.p.A. Consegue nel frattempo
anche il Diploma in Informatica Giuridica presso il C.E.D. della Corte Suprema di Cassazione.
La sua naturale predisposizione al problem solving le ha fatto ricoprire sempre ruoli di consulenza

Quality System and Process Control
An expert in the management of projects and quality systems, over the years she has specialised in
safety-related activities under Decree Law No. 81/2008 - Health & Safety - as a safety coordinator, works
manager, prevention and protection service manager.
Graduated in Architecture from Rome’s La Sapienza. University, she registered with the Association of
Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservationists of Lecce and started her professional career in
1997 with the Italian company Sintesi, market leader in occupational safety, hygiene and fire prevention.
Over the years she has held various positions, starting as a technical expert, then as a contract
manager and finally as editing manager responsible for coordinating resources, organising production,
and managing quality control of products and services. She became a partner at Fortebìs in 2003,
gaining significant experience in project and contract management. She qualified as an expert in project
management issued by the AICE (the Italian Association of Cost Management), and internationally
recognised by ICEC (International Cost Engineering Council).
She is currently responsible for the group’s Quality System and for the transfer of expertise within the
group, with the aim of improving and updating everyone’s skills on the basis of the experience acquired
by the entire professional team.
Aside from her project management role, she has also taken on responsibility for the strategic coordination
of specific real estate (due diligence for real estate portfolios, project validation, contract management).
Esperta di Gestione Progetti e di Sistemi di Qualità, nel corso degli anni si specializza in attività legate
alla Sicurezza ai sensi del D.lgs. 81/2008 - Health & Safety - in qualità di Coordinatore della Sicurezza,
Responsabile dei lavori e Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione.
Laureata in Architettura presso l’Università La Sapienza di Roma, si iscrive all’Ordine degli Architetti
Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori di Lecce ed inizia la sua attività professionale nel 1997 presso la
Società italiana Sintesi, leader in materia di sicurezza, igiene e comfort dei luoghi di lavoro ed antincendio.
Per l’azienda ricopre nel tempo i ruoli di tecnico esperto, Responsabile di commessa e Responsabile
dell’area Editing con funzione di coordinamento risorse, organizzazione della produzione, gestione e
controllo di qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi.
Nel 2003 diventa Partner di Fortebis, maturando esperienze significative di Project Management e
Controllo di commessa. Acquisisce il certificato di Esperta in Project Management presso l’AICE,
Associazione di Ingegneria Economica, riconosciuta a livello internazionale dall’ICEC, International Cost
Engineering Council. Attualmente è Responsabile del Sistema Qualità del Gruppo e del trasferimento
del konw-how del Gruppo, in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo e di aggiornamento sulla base delle
esperienze maturate dall’intero team professionale.
Oltre ai ruoli puramente gestionali assume il Coordinamento strategico di commesse di particolare
rilevanza nel settore Real Estate (Due Diligence di portafogli immobiliari, Validazione progetti, Gestione
Appalti).
