GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
CARACTÉRISTIQUES GÉNÉRALES
PRESENTAZIONE
I nostri motori sono costruiti secondo le norme
I.E.C. per offrire il massimo di sicurezza e di
affidabilità d’impiego in tutti gli ambienti, anche
all’esterno.
INTRODUCTION
Our motors have been designed according
to the standards I.E.C. for offering the maximum security and reliability of service in all
the ambients, also outside.
PRESENTATION
Nos moteurs de série ont été conçus selon
les normes I.E.C. et construits pour offrir le
maximum de securité et de fiabilité d’emploi
dans tous les ambiants, aussi à l’extérieur.
CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE
La carcassa e gli scudi sono in alluminio fino
al Tipo 132, in ghisa per i tipi superiori. La
ventola è in materiale sintetico fino al Tipo
132, in metallo per i tipi superiori. Il copriventola è in lamiera per tutti i tipi.
Il rotore a gabbia di scoiattolo è in alluminio
pressofuso ed equilibrato dinamicamente.
I cuscinetti a sfere sono del tipo ZZ.
I motori Tipo 250-355 a 4-6 e 8 poli hanno
il cuscinetto, lato sporgenza albero, a rulli.
I motori Tipo 280-315-355 hanno gli ingrassatori.
Per ciascun motore è prevista una vite di terra
nella scatola morsettiera.
CONSTRUCTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
The frame and the shields are in aluminium
until the type 132, in cast iron for the superior
types.
The cooling fan is in synthetical material until
the type 132, in metal for the superior types.
The cover fan is in iron plate for all the types.
The squirrel cage rotor is in die cast aluminium and dynamically balanced.
The ball bearings are of type ZZ.
The motors type 250-355 at 4-6 and 8 poles
have roll bearing on the drive end.
The motors type 280-315-355 are equipped
with a greaser.
For each motor is provided a mass screw in
the terminal box.
DÉTAILS DE CONSTRUCTION
La carcasse est en alluminium jusqu’au 132,
en fonte pour les types supérieurs.
Les flasques sont en alluminium jusqu’au type
90. Le ventilateur est en matèrial syntetique
jusqu’au type 132; est metalique pour les types
supérieurs. Le couvre-ventilateur est en tôle.
Le rotor à cage d’écureuil est en alluminium
coulé sous pression et équilibré dynamiquement. Les roulements de série sont à billes;
les types 250-355 à 4, 6 et 8 poles ont le
roulement, côté bout d’arbre, à rouleaux. Les
types 280, 315 et 355 ont les graisseurs. Pour
chaque moteur est prevue une vis de terre
dans la boîte à bornes.
SCATOLA MORSETTIERA
È situata in alto, e può essere ruotata di 90°
in 90°. Per il montaggio dei pressacavi sono
previsti dei fori filettati in Pg. I pressacavi
stessi sono forniti col motore. L’allacciamento si fa ad una morsettiera con 6 morsetti.
PROTEZIONE MECCANICA
Tutti i motori hanno grado di protezione IP55.
La ventola è protetta da un copriventola con
grado di protezione IP2x.
TENSIONE E FREQUENZA
I nostri motori possono essere avvolti fino ad
una tensione di V. 575 in triangolo ed una
frequenza di Hz 50 o 60. Secondo le norme
I.E.C. i motori possono sopportare una variazione di tensione di ± 5% senza che l’aumento di temperatura sia superiore a 10°C
a frequenza nominale e a potenza costante.
Nel caso di un abbassamento di tensione del
10% o di tensione e frequenza per un totale
del 10%, la potenza dovrà essere diminuita
del 12%. Per un abbassamento di tensione
del 10% e di frequenza del 5%, la diminuzione
di potenza sarà del 20%.
ISOLAMENTO
I motori sono isolati in classe F.
L’impregnazione degli avvolgimenti è fatta
con vernici termoindurenti a base di resine
poliestere che proteggono efficacemente
contro l’umidità ed hanno un’ottima resistenza al calore.
POTENZE
Le potenze indicate sono per un servizio
continuo (S1) a tensione e frequenza nominali, a 1000 m. d’altezza e con ambiente
massimo di 40°C.
RUMOROSITÀ
I livelli di rumorosità sono conformi alle norme
I.E.C. 34,9 e C.E.I. 2-3 fascicolo 355 supplemento 4. Il metodo di misura è conforme alla
norma ISO 1680.
ESTREMITÀ ALBERO
Filettato in testa secondo le norme DIN 332
forma D.
TERMINAL BOX
It is situated above, and it can be rotated in
four directions of 90° each.
For the assembling of the cable glands are
provided some holes threaded in Pg.
The cable glands are provided together with
the motor. A terminal board has 6 terminals.
MECHANICAL PROTECTION
All the motors have a degree of protection IP
55.
The cooling fan is protected by a cover fan
with a degree of protection IP 2x.
VOLTAGE AND FREQUENCY
Our motors can be wuond delta voltage of
volts 575 and with frequency of 50 or 60 Hz.
According to I.E.C. rules the motors can stand
a variation of voltage without the rise of temperature being superior to 10°C at rated frequency and at continous power.
In the case of a lowering of voltage of 10%
or of voltage and frequency for a total of 10%,
the power has to be reduced of 12%.
For a lowering of voltage of 10% and of frequency of 5%, the reduction of power has to
be of 20%.
INSULATION
The motors are insulated in class F.
The impregnation of the windings is made with
thermohardening paints made of polyester
resins which protect effectively against damp
and they have a great resistance to warmth.
BOÎTE À BORNES
Ellé est située au-dessus.
Pour le montage du presse-étoupe nous avons
des trous filetés Pg; la boîte peut être pivotée
de 90° dans les 4 directions. Le branchement
se fait sur une plaque à 6 bornes.
PROTECTION MÉCANIQUE
Tous nos moteurs ont le degrée de protection
IP55. Le ventilateur est protégé par un capot
qui a le degré de protection IP2x.
TENSION ET FRÉQUENCE
Nos moteurs peuvent être bobinés jusqu’à
une tension de 575 Volts en triangle et une
fréquence de 50 ou 60 Hz. Selon les normes
I.E.C., nos moteurs peuvent supporter une
variation de tension de ± 5% sans que l’élevation de temperature soit supérieure à 10°C
et ceci à la fréquence nominale et donc à
puissance constante.
Dans le cas d’une baisse de tension de 10%,
de tension et fréquence pour un total de 10%,
la baisse de puissance est de 12%. Pour une
basse de tension de 10% et de fréquence de
5%, la diminution de puissance sera de 20%.
ISOLATION
Nos moteurs sont isolés en classe F.
L’impregnation des bobinages se fait avec
vernis termodurcisables à base de résyne
polyester protégeant efficacement contre l’humidité et ayant une très bonne résistance à
la chaleur.

Powers indicated are referred to a continous
duty (S1), rated voltage, at 1000 meters of
height and with a maximum ambient of 40°C.
PUISSANCES
Les puissances de nos moteurs sont données
pour un service continu (S1) à tension et
fréquence nominale, à 1000 m d’altitude
maximale et à 40°C de température ambiante.
NOISINESS
Levels of noisiness are in accordance with
standards I.E.C. 34,9 and C.E.I. 2-3 file 355
supplement 4.
The way of measuring is in accordance with
the rule ISO 1680.
BRUIT
Les niveaux de sonorité de nos moteurs sont
conformes aux normes I.E.C. 34.9 et C.E.I. 23 fascicule 355 supplément 4.
