La MCE vuole essere un partner preferenziale apprezzato e ricercato dai maggiori
produttori mondiali di componenti di illuminazione autoveicolo.
La Direzione Generale della MCE ha definito quale obiettivo prioritario la completa
soddisfazione del Cliente nel rispetto dell’ambiente.
Per il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo, la Direzione si impegna a:

Mettere a disposizione risorse umane opportunamente formate e qualificate;
Migliorare costantemente la qualità delle forniture;
Operare nel rispetto della legislazione vigente, con particolare attenzione alla
normativa in materia di sicurezza ed ambiente;
Un continuo monitoraggio e implementazione del sistema qualità/ambiente
per migliorarne l’efficacia;
Continua ricerca di soluzioni tecniche attraverso mezzi produttivi
tecnologicamente avanzati al fine di garantire prodotti di alta qualità,
consegnati nei tempi richiesti al miglior prezzo;
Ridurre al minimo il proprio impatto ambientale prevenendo ove possibile ogni
forma di inquinamento ambientale;
Rispettare i requisiti cogenti inerenti i prodotti e servizi offerti.
La Direzione ritiene che il miglioramento graduale, ma continuo, debba essere assunto
come obiettivo della nuova mentalità aziendale.
Ogni dipendente deve costantemente operare nel proposito di soddisfare pienamente
i Clienti e rispettare l’ambiente.
La medesima convinzione e determinazione nel soddisfare il Cliente nel rispetto
dell’ambiente deve essere acquisita anche dai fornitori che MCE seleziona.
Nella convinzione che l'eccellenza sia la chiave per la crescita ed il successo di MCE, la
Direzione Generale si impegna a dare priorità a questo obiettivo aziendale, nella
certezza di trovare un valido sostegno nella convinta partecipazione di tutte le parti
interessate.

The MCE General Management sets as its primary goal the complete Customer
satisfaction in due consideration of the impact of the industrial processes on the
environment.
In order to reach this objective, the MCE General Management commits itself to:
