Semi-Embedded Door
1. The door is suitable for medium and small cold storage rooms, accommodating
personnel passages and cart traffic.
2. The cold storage door adopts a high-strength
aluminum alloy profile door frame, with a
stainless steel or color steel plate surface, and is
internally filled with polyurethane foam for
reliable thermal insulation performance and a
longer service life.
3. The door is equipped with magnetic sealing strips all around, which
automatically adhere tightly to the door frame when closed, enhancing sealing and
saving more energy.
4. The door frame, threshold, and door leaf of the cold storage door are equipped
with electric heating and anti-freezing devices to prevent the door from freezing
and being unable to open due to ice buildup.
5. Safety measures are implemented inside the door, so if someone is accidentally
locked inside the cold storage, they can easily open the door by slightly pulling the
internal escape loop, ensuring a safe exit.
6. Cold storage doors are generally used in conjunction with air curtains, effectively
reducing the loss of cold storage refrigeration capacity.

steel wrapped in stainless steel.
3. The panels are made of stainless steel or
color-coated steel. The wood-free design extends the lifespan and contributes to a
neat and elegant appearance.
4. The guide rail system employs aluminum alloy materials and includes a guiding
wheel and pressing wheel mechanisms that work together. This allows the door to
separate from the door frame when opening and press onto the door frame floor
when closing.
5. The electrical control system utilizes Panasonic frequency converters, ensuring
the reliability of the motorized system.
6. The sealing strips are made from EPDM which is resistant to low temperatures,
and oil and possesses high elasticity.
7. Heating wires automatically maintain a constant temperature and come in either
220V or 36V low-voltage heating belts.
8. Hardware accessories for the door, including metallic components, are made
from high-precision stainless steel materials.
