Il festival è alla sua nona edizione. Il tema del festival 2022 è «Macchine del futuro». Vengono presentati 12 brani (inediti) da alcuni artisti (persone e personaggi) che fanno parte dell’entourage della MITS. Il tema del festival è «Le macchine del futuro». Ogni artista doveva ispirarsi ad una macchina immaginaria. Parallelamente, sono state realizzate delle opere grafiche che raffigurano la macchina. Nel canale YouTube di Jimmy Joe ci sono i quattro video e, credeteci, se vi prendete tre quarti d’ora per visionarli uno dietro l’altro sarà veramente piacevole. «Quasi» come essere ad un concerto. N. 01_2022 – PAG 6 di 11 L’ultima volta che avevamo dato notizie di Gio Micheletti era stato con la newsletter 7_2017, per comunicare la sua presenza su Jamendo. Chi avesse perso l’occasione di ascoltare la sua musica può stare tranquillo perché le tracce su Jamendo sono ancora tutte accessibili. In un recente post su FB, Gio Micheletti ha fatto ricordare che la sua musica è pubblicata anche su Reverbnation e con molto piacere siamo andati ad ascoltare e riascoltare un po’ dei suoi lavori. Gio, nato musicalmente negli anni 80 lavorando in una radio privata, negli anni 90 aveva iniziato a comporre musica con i primi programmi disponibili, proseguendo con ottimi risultati la sua esperienza. Gio è stato un membro della comunità di Magix. In realtà non ha mai privilegiato un particolare genere musicale, è un artista a cui piace spaziare. Dopo l’esperienza su Magix risulta che Ginni è impegnato con Blue Jazz, jazz e non solo, associazione attiva a Salemi. Se avete pazienza, cercando in rete, qualcosa altro di Ginni Angelo troverete, ma intanto, chi ancora non conosce i suoi lavori, un «giretto» su Reverbnation è già un buon approccio. https://www.reverbnation.com /ezesband/songs EJ PROT. After the experience on Magix, it appears that Ginni is busy with Blue Jazz, jazz and more, an active association in Salemi. Il vecchio «striscione» preso dalla prima versione del foglio informativo di Jazz Project è stato rimosso. Al suo posto c’è un nuovo striscione, più snello, di maggiore impatto visivo. Ma questa non è l’unica novità. Sono stati riordinati gli album fotografici. I contenuti di alcuni album sono stati trasferiti in altri. Nell’album What’s «Eventi Jazz Project»? È stata inserita la mission del progetto, esistente dal 2009 (quella pubblicata nel sito web). Beh… non rimane che andare a curiosare su Facebook.
