2 Requirements
2.1 OS Requirements
You must use one of the following operating systems:
1. Windows:

OS: Windows 8.1 and later versions (64 e 32bit). You can also use Windows 7, but only
if updated with the last security patches released in 2020.
You must have the latest AntiVirus client update.
2. MacOS:

OS: macOS 10.8 and later versions.

You must have the latest AntiVirus client update.
3. Linux:
•
OS: openSUSE (10.x and later versions), Ubuntu (9.10 and later versions), RHEL (5, 7),
Fedora 23, CentOS (6.4, 7.0).

3 CyberArk Access
This chapter describes how to connect to Sky CyberArk system (called “PAS”).
1. Access to VPN SKY MFA.
2. You’re now connected to Sky VPN. Open your browser and go to:
https://pas.sky.local/
Insert your username (NOT your e-mail address or UPN) and click on “Logon” button.
N.B.: if your browser tries to automatically insert your credentials and you receive an
authentication error message, close your browser and reopen it in Private mode and try
again.

3. Insert your Username again and your Password. Click on “Accedi” button.
N. B. : if you’re using a Sky Windows laptop (in SKY domain) you will not be requested to
insert you user and password because there is a SSO (single sign on) between your laptop
and Pas.
4. Approve the access request on your smartphone (or insert the code you received via sms or
the code shown by your MS Authenticator app, it depends on the second authentication
method you have chosen):
