REGOLATORI DI VELOCITA’ PER MOTORI MONOFASE-SPEED REGULATORS FOR SINGLE PHASE MOTORS
Il regolatore è costituito da circuiti a triac controllati mediante comando esterno, per la variazione continua della velocità di un motore da circa
40 al 100% alimentato a 220V, con corrente a regime di 4, 6 o 12 Ampere massimi in servizio continuo. Il regolatore è stato specificatamente
costruito per motori accoppiati a ventilatori, aspiratori o pompe. Il regolatore può essere usato anche come variatore di tensione per qualsiasi
carico ohmico. Notare che la regolazione di tensione minima parte da un valore di circa il 30-40% di quella di linea. E’ contenuto in custodia di
plastica; sul pannello frontale sono posti l’interruttore, il comando a manopola per la variazione di velocità, il trimmer per la regolazione della
velocità minima ed il fusibile da 10 Ampere per la protezione dei soli circuiti interni del regolatore. Protezione IP 55
The regulator is formed by circuits incorporating triac controlled by an external command, for the continuous motor speed variation from 40 up to 100% of 220 V
motor nominal speed, with 4, 6 or 12 Ampere max nominal current. The regulator has been made especially for motors connected with fans, aspirators or pumps. It
may also be used as a voltage variator for any ohmic load. See that the min. voltage regulation starts from 30-40% of line voltage. It is housed in a plastic container:
on the frontal panel are situated the switch, the hand grip command for speed variation, the trimmer for min. speed regulation and the 10 Ampere fuse, for regulator’s

Il regolatore è stato realizzato specificatamente per l’azionamento di normali motori asincroni trifase a gabbia di scoiattolo con avvolgimento
statorico collegato a stella, accoppiati a ventilatori o aspiratori, il cui assorbimento a regime non superi i 6-10-16 Ampere a seconda del modello
e per tensioni stellate fase-neutro fino a 220V nominali (380V di linea ±10%). La regolazione della velocità in modo continuo da 30 al 100%
della nominale è ottenuta con la parzializzazione della tensione di alimentazione tramite circuiti a triac. Ne consegue che utilizzando tale
sistema di funzionamento si possono verificare nel motore delle sovratemperature ai bassi regimi comunque accettabili. Il regolatore per la sua
semplicità è particolarmente affidabile, di ridotto ingombro e basso costo. Il regolatore può essere utilizzato per qualsiasi carico ohmico purché
entro i parametri ammessi dal regolatore. Per tale impiego è possibile fornire regolatori privi della regolazione minima, pertanto il campo di
regolazione è dello 0 al 100% della tensione di rete. Esso è contenuto in custodia plastica IP55, sul pannello frontale sono posti i comandi e le
regolazioni.
The regulator has been made specially for normal asynchronous three-phase squirrel cage motors with star connection, connected to fans or aspirators, whose
absorption is lower than 6-10-16A, depending on the model, and for nominal star phase-neutral voltage up to 220V (380V on line ±10%). It allows speed regulation
from about 30 up to 100% of nominal speed by choking the supply voltage with triac circuits. The use of this system may cause small motor overtemperature on low
R.P.M. This anomaly, however, is acceptable if we consider the regulator to be particularly reliable, small and cheap. The regulator can be used with any ohmic load
and within its electric features. For this use it is possible to supply regulators without minimum adjustment, therefore adjustment field varies from 0 up to 100% of grid
voltage. It is housed in a IP55 plastic container: controls and adjustments are situated on the front panel.
