. - Business Economics PROFESSOR ANGELO MARTINELLI COURSE AIMS The course is mainly intended to provide the student with the knowledge needed for analysing and governing companies, and to do so by stimulating the student's observation capacity and his critical spirit with respect to business events. The objective is thus that of defining business processes, identifying their structure, organisation and dynamic aspects, as well as their laws of equilibrium. Within this framework, the analysis of the criteria for quantitative reporting is critical as such criteria represent the fundamental tools for guiding the interpretation of the operational/economic trend of the business and for verifying the strategic and operational decisions.
