Ciascun modulo fotovoltaico utilizza le esclusive celle solari a tripla giunzioni con silicio a lm sottile, in cui la componente blu, verde e
rossa dello spettro della luce solare è assorbita dai differenti strati presenti. Questa capacità di frazionamento è la chiave di una maggiore
produttività, specialmente ai livelli più bassi di insolazione e in condizioni di luce diffusa.

Sunerg Solar thin lm photovoltaic products with UNI-SOLAR ® technology are made up of special solar cells in amorphous silicon
(thickness 1 m), encapsulated in a stabilized polymer against ultraviolet rays.
Each PV module uses the exclusive triple-junction solar cell with thin-lm silicon, in which the component blue, green and red spectrum
of sunlight is absorbed by different layers present. This ability to split is the key to greater productivity, especially at lower levels of solar
radiation and diffuse light.

Test di rendimento in tutto il mondo hanno constatato la superiore
capacità di produzione elettrica dei moduli UNI-SOLAR® nei confronti
dei moduli cristallini o di altre nuove tecnologie. La presenza di un diodo
di bypass connesso ad ogni singola cella permette ai moduli di produrre
elettricità anche quando sono sporchi o parzialmente ombreggiati.
La caratteristica principale dei moduli UNI-SOLAR® è la maggiore
produzione di energia reale per kWp con potenza che varia dal 5% al
25% in più rispetto al cristallino. I moduli sono resistenti alle intemperie,
pedonabili (assenza di vetro),con elevate caratteristiche di
robustezza pur essendo leggeri (3,5 kg/m2) , con una eccezionale resa
e durata nel tempo. Questa tecnologia garantisce una minore perdita di
efcienza in presenza di elevate temperature.

same time unbreakable; with an exceptional performance and

E’ possibile sostituire e/o afancare i moduli così realizzati sugli
elementi strutturali esistenti: tetti di capannoni industriali, facciate,
grandi vetrate, volte, pensiline, tettoie, falde dei casolari, serre per le
coltivazioni, nessuno escluso!

surfaces.
It is possible to replace and / or lay down module on the existing
structural elements: industrial buildings roofs, facades, large

Integral-Plate è un sistema industriale, brevettato da
Sunerg Solar, per la realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici
su coperture, sovracoperture e serre. Una soluzione
che, a seconda della tipologia di installazione,
permette la realizzazione di impianti che si integrano
completamente nell’architettura dell’edicio con
signicativi vantaggi strutturali, estetici, di montaggio
ed economici. Integral-Plate è costituito da un prolo
in alluminio anodizzato a forma di “S” che permette di
afancare i moduli UNI-SOLAR ® in maniera ottimale.
Questo brevetto garantisce nello specico un notevole

con manto impermeabile in membrana, può essere
ancorato alle zavorre o agli omega grazie alle alette

in guaina con un adesivo professionale. Il modulo è
costituito da laminati essibili UNI-SOLAR ® incollati
da Sunerg Solar su una lamiera piatta rivestita di

8/10. La soluzione Plate è adattabile a differenti tipi di

Il sistema PC, ideale per nuove coperture e sostituzione
coperture amianto, garantisce un perfetto isolamento
termico. Esso è costituito da laminati essibili UNISOLAR ® incollati da Sunerg Solar su un pannello
coibentato grecato composta da due parti metalliche:
il lato esterno è in aluzink di spessore mm 8/10 mentre
il lato interno è in acciaio zincato preverniciato (biancogrigio) o alluminio di spessore mm 5/10, con interposto
coibente in schiuma poliuretanica.
Il modulo PC, disponibile in versione agro coibentata
(modello AG con lato interno in vetroresina), è la
soluzione migliore per le strutture agricole e gli
allevamenti zootecnici.

replacements, providing a perfect thermic insulation.
It consists of exible UNISOLAR laminates: Sunerg
glues it on a corrugated metal sheet made of two metal
parts: Aluzink on top ( thickness 8/10mm) and below
a prepainted galvanized steel (White-Grey) or aluminum
(thickness 5/10mm) with polyurethane insulating foam,
which allows a perfect thermal insulation. It is also
available in a version for zootechnic insulation structures
for agricultural and zootechnical usages.
