Nina Caspari (1987, Recklinghausen, Germania) ha studiato arte e design in Olanda, per poi
specializzarsi con un master in arti visive e audiovisive in Belgio. Dal 2012 vive e lavora a
Bruxelles.

Sinossi/Synopsis
Una ragazza ricorda il suo tempo di bimba, l’incanto provato di fronte a una bancarella di dolciumi,
la magia delle giostre, l’invidia per figure femminili che al tempo apparivano misteriose, seducenti e
temibili. Le memorie appaiono chiare, ma distanti e frammentate: restano alcune immagini forti,
alcuni colori, e le azioni del tempo che fu vengono riproposte al ralenti in modo da fare respirare i
ricordi.
A girl remembers her childhood: how fascinated she was in front of the sweets stand, the magic of
the fair, how much she envied some female figures who seemed mysterious, attractive and fearful.
Memories are clear but very distant and fragmented; strong images and some colors are left, while
the actions of the past, thanks to the slow motion effect, seem to make memories breath.
