Gli ambienti, che si estendono su più di 1500 m², sapranno coinvolgere
la vostra persona in una molteplicità di esperienze sensoriali mediate da
temperatura, essenze, colori e aromi.
Area saune
SAUNA AD INFRAROSSI – è una
sauna di nuova generazione che sfrutta l’efetto beneico dei raggi infrarossi
per produrre il calore con una capacità
di penetrazione che arriva ino a 4 centimetri sotto la cute. Con la sauna ad
infrarossi si ottiene un aumento della
circolazione sanguigna e l’eliminazione insieme al sudore di una percentuale ino al 15-20% di tossine, colesterolo, sodio e ammoniaca. Molto utile per
problemi reumatici e articolari.
BAGNO TURCO – Tipico della tradizione termale di cultura araba, che nel
momento del bagno associa salute e socialità. Si svolge in un ambiente saturo
di vapore acqueo (umidità del 100%)
con temperatura stratiicata crescente
verso l’alto, queste condizioni, mantenute per un tempo suiciente favoriscono la traspirazione e l’eliminazione
attraverso il sudore delle sostanze nocive. Temperatura tra i 40 - 43°C.
FRIGIDARIUM – Il beneico efetto
del freddo sul sistema linfatico circolatorio era noto già presso i Romani che
coniarono il termine. Nel nostro frigidarium potrete provare un immediata
sensazione di vitalità e di freschezza
isica e mentale.
SANARIUM – Amato da molti per
via delle condizioni meno estreme, il
sanarium (o sauna bio) aiuta a rinforzare l’apparato circolatorio, normalizza
i valori della pressione, stimola la circolazione, puriica la pelle e le vie respiratorie oltre a sciogliere le contrazioni
muscolari e calmare i dolori di arti e articolazioni. La temperatura oscilla tra i
40 - 60 °C mentre l’umidità è al 40-50%.
SAUNA FINLANDESE – Ha una
temperatura che va dagli 80 - 100 °C
con umidità relativa al 10-20% prodotta dalla vaporizzazione dell’acqua
su pietre roventi.
È una vera e propria ginnastica cardiaca e
vascolare; grazie al calore così elevato i vasi
sanguigni si dilatano facendo scorrere più
sangue e di conseguenza i battiti cardiaci
aumentano. Terminata la seduta (che non
deve durare più di 15 minuti, anzi, soprattutto per chi sofre di pressione bassa
consigliamo di uscire anche dopo solo 5
minuti) si passa nel frigidarium per rinfrescarsi con acqua fredda o ghiaccio da
“spalmare” su tutto il corpo. Con questa
operazione facciamo in modo che i vasi
sanguigni si restringano e i battiti cardiaci
piano piano diminuiscano.
Terminata “l’operazione di rafreddamento” si passa alla zona relax per almeno 15
minuti, in modo che il corpo ritorni alla
normale temperatura. È possibile ripetere
il ciclo per un massimo di 3 volte!
È presente una sauna inlandese anche
all’esterno.
Piscine
Per concedervi un momento rigenerante dopo una giornata di escursioni o di sci, è pronto ad accogliervi
l’abbraccio sinuoso delle nostre piscine. Una esclusivamente dedicata agli
ospiti più piccoli in cui trovare svago e
divertimento, due dedicate agli adulti,
uno spazio d’acqua con ampie vetrate
che sembra prestato dall’aria.
La piscina interna per adulti comprende uno spazio per l’idromassaggio rilassante ed è posta in comunicazione
con la vasca esterna. Si può osservare
una nevicata avvolti dal tepore interno
oppure uscire attraverso il passaggio,
rimanendo immersi, per sentire i gelidi iocchi sciogliersi sulla pelle accarezzata dall’acqua calda della piscina...
Coronano gli specchi d’acqua un ampio spazio interno attrezzato per il relax e il prato all’esterno.
Zona relax
Per ritemprarsi e rinfrancare lo spirito siamo lieti di accogliervi nelle sale
dedicate esclusivamente al relax in cui
potrete riposare corpo e mente, dedicarvi alla lettura o alla meditazione,
contemplare il paesaggio o abbandonarvi al riposo. Ambienti a varie soglie
di silenzio in cui passare piacevoli momenti approittando dei lettini sospesi,
cullati in un movimento ancestrale.

Vietato ai minori di 16 anni. Non è
possibile accedere alle saune con il
proprio costume sintetico. Vi verrà
consegnato alla reception un costume di
carta usa e getta al prezzo di 1€, completamente traspirante che potrete utilizzare anche in piscina in quanto è molto
resistente e del tutto coprente. È comunque possibile praticare le saune senza
costume con il proprio asciugamano.
