L'huile d'argan provient d'un arbre, l'arganier, qui se trouve seulement au
Maroc. Préparé par des artisans, cette huile a des vertus culinaires ancestrales.
Il contient 80% d'acides gras insaturés, il est riche en acide linoléique. Cet acide
gras "noyau" de la famille des oméga-6, qui ne est pas synthétisé par le corps,
